Well, lets just let this MSNBC jack-ss replace all juries since he can tell whenever someone is lying.
"And Cenk Uygur said MSNBC wanted things “toned down.” Not hardly–at least not on Dylan Ratigan‘s show of late. As we’ve reported, MSNBC political commentator Jimmy Williams argued on Ratigan’s show this week that “anybody that thinks the Tea Party exists is smoking crack cocaine in America.” Well, turns out that wasn’t the only gem Williams had to offer, saying on the program that “one person is controlling the agenda of the United States of America right now, and his name is Grover Norquist.” Not the most outrageous of statements, one might argue. But wait. We forgot the rest of it: “Grover Norquist was Newt Gingrich‘s butt buddy.” Williams also described Norquist as a “petty criminal.” The term–which is urban slang–has reminded some of the recent incident involving Mark Halperin, suspended from the network for using tasteless slang in reference to the President."
This told me he was at ease NOT on guard at all and telling the truth. Sure he is a very cultured and educated man, but language gives people away every time if you listen carefully enough. When people lie their rehearsed language is flawless.
IMHO, BJ Clinton and Al Gore should also be required to file as a sex offender according to this nitwit’s standards since there has been sexual harassment allegations against them.
If there’s no difference between him and Bill Clinton then Cain should be president.....just like Bill. What’s most upsetting is there’s not one so called conservative talking head who can think of decent comebacks.
Herman Cain should never have to register as a sex offender unless he was convicted of a crime of that nature by a jury of his peers, not by random women with baseless accusations that were not investigated by a court of law. I would call that reasonable benefit of the doubt. It is sad the left does not understand the Bill of Rights at all.

The article suggests we should cave in at the first sign of dirty politics (if that’s what it is).
Why not cancel the 2012 election then, and declare Obama dictator for life? Does anyone think Obama and the DNC will not go after Romney/Perry/Paul/Gingrich/Bachmann/whoever with everything they’ve got? Obama never won an election in his life without political tricks - including 2008 (where primary fraud helped him defeat Hillary Clinton). In the only election in which Obama was challeneged by a strong black candidate - 2000 Congressional primary race - he lost big time. Obama is all bluff and fraud. Stand up to him and he dissolves like the Wicked Witch of the West.
Right.... except liberals smeared all the women and said if Clinton lied, it didn’t matter.
Perjury and obstruction of justice did not rise to the level of a serious offense.

I wonder if he feels the same way about Bill Clinton or Al Gore the “crazed sex poddle” as the woman who gave him a massage. She said the guy was nuts.
