Well, here we are. At a minimum, we should get a better idea of just how statist the members of the court are.

Now we find out if we still have a SCOTUS that runs on the law, rather than serving as a political activism center....

a scary situation.

especially when you have a floating jurist.

I guess we will have to wait and see and hope that Roberts can positively influence Anthony Kennedy

Too bad the case will get delayed until after the election.... I hope not, but I’m low on Hope. it’s like a “Hope” vampire is sucking on the lifeblood of this country.

I think we mostly know this already. I think the decision will tell us what side of the bed Justice Kennedy got up on that day.

According to Judge Napolitano on Fox Business just now, the SCOTUS DID NOT AGREE TO HEAR THE OBAMACARE CASE! But rather it has agreed to hear whether or not those bringing the case “HAVE THE STANDING TO DO SO!”
Personally, I think we need to impeach all of these a$$holes! The country is burning and they continue to fiddle! They are a total disgrace to this nation, every last one of them. They all need to be replaced.

I wonder if "The O's" telling the court not to review the AZ immigration law had anything to do with them agreeing to review the HC law?

I am thinking maybe it will be up held.. after all we are all paying into medicare premiums when we work, which is another government run health care program for certain groups of people mainly senior citizens and ppl on SS disability.. you have no choice but to pay into this scheme and cannot even use it till u reach 65 or become disabled..and also u get penalized by a percentage if u do not sign up for it when u first become eligible and each year you turn it down, your premiums that you have no control over comes directly from your social security check, will raise...so I am wondering if this medical scheme will come into discussion

My bet is the SC will rule it’s constitutional. This all goes a lot deeper than the idiot obama. It’s whoever is pulling his strings. They want a dictatorship style of government. And if anyone thinks the SC members can’t be intimidated.....

Has Kagan recused herself? She must. She cannot an impartial jurist in on a law she help write.

Here's where your 'Constitutional crisis' could be coming. If the SCOTUS rules against Obamacare, our man-child in chief is just petulant enough to try to skirt the decision and ram it down our throats, anyway. He answers to no one but his puppet-masters.

"But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: for men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away, for his name is Obama."
