For his slapdown of Pelley along, Gingrich deserves at least one week at the top of the polls.

Newt will start getting front-runner scrutiny....and that will be good. Newt is my first choice out of this bunch, but we need to see if he and his campaign can handle intense scrutiny and a re-litigation of his personal and political life. If he can emerge from that gauntlet, then he could be a formidable opponent for Obama.

Polls are rediculous at this point. This poll pretty much contradicts the CNN poll, so they can’t both be right. And there are other competing polls.

So the only real question is, now that there are two polls showing Cain dropping, will the Cain supporters at least stop using these rediculous polls to argue that other candidates should drop out and support the “front-runner”? Because if that is the criteria, I guess Cain should drop out and throw his support to Gingrich.....

I suspect by mid-December both Gingrich (zippers) and Cain (loss of females) will be out of the running. Romney will be back on top with Perry not far behind.

This ol’ boy likes them all but Huntsman and Paul, and will make up his mind before walking in the voting booth.

Cain’s my guy, but if Newt wins, that’s OK by me.

As long as RuPaul, Myth Romney, Ricardo Perry, and Jon Huntsman (who ever that is) don’t win, I’m happy.

It is noted. What’s the line from Dr Zhivago when the commie community “organizer” gets a bit of sarcasm out of the Doc? Something like: “Your attitude is noted. Yes, you are noted.”

An original xzins paraphrase.

America in Crisis. Time for a crisis manager.

Newt Gingrich.

Cain declining in the polls was easily predictable and in fact I predicted it :). Cain benefited from the baseless attack on him by the MSM, many conservative like me rallied to his defense. Now that those attacks are largely over Cain support will fall at least a little as folks migrate back to their favorite candidate. Nothing more then that going on here.
