In adult men's locker rooms (YMCA, military, fitness clubs etc) there are normally lockers and a long bench between. You do NOT get any closer to another, you pick a locker far from his, turn away, and change as privately as possible. You do NOT prance around, wave it around, or engage in any type of “horse play” which I can only surmise is the homo cover term for getting busted being a homo.
I don’t know that all guys behaved that way. I remember hearing about some of the guys popping each other on the ass with wet towels. Which that would be nothing more than horseplay (I’m speaking of 30-40 years ago). But in any case there was never the presence of a coach other than to yell ‘knock it off’.
Girls locker rooms were set up in much the same way as you describe...I’m speaking jr. & sr. high which is all I’m familiar with.
Back to Sandusky though, it’s all so disgusting (beyond words) and now, one of the victims is going to recant his testimony? WTH?
I’m so glad my son is raised. I can’t imagine raising a child in this sick society. God help us.
