Years ago, in the ‘90’s, I was hired as a plant manager. At that time, when the sexual harassment thingie was in full swing, all managers at this company had to go to a 2 day seminar on sexual harassment in the workplace. The first day was instructed by a lawyer that prosecutes sexual harassment claims. The second day by an attorney that defends. Here is the nut and shell. If you walk into your place of business, and just look in the direction of a woman, that can be considered sexual harassment. In other words, this is nothing but a payday for women, and a way to control the “Evil Man”... I do not believe ANY claims of sexual harassment, unless accompanied by audio or video proof of such... witnesses do not count, as birds of a feather flock together ( and yes, I was accused... but I had several witnesses to confirm my story, and the pregnant woman making the false claim was not fired )
If she waits another 6 months, the story would be washed up. It would be too transparent. Even people with IQ lower than their diastolic would figure that out. Time has a way of eroding even the shiniest silver coating.
Rhinos are endangered. RINOs aren't. They're like rats (and 'rats): far too many and breed like crazy.

And that explains why jobs are flying out to Asia where there is no such thing as sexual harassment & Gloria Allred type lawyers. In fact we have 10 times the lawyers per capita than Japan, and 100 times more than China.
Unless tort reform is enacted, forget about getting those jobs back. We direly need a system like some other countries where id the plaintiff loses, they pay for the defendant’s legal costs.
Why don't you go find some articles in the Rolling Stone to post as reality also?
Also notice that the shadows of the rhino's ear and the crossbow go about 30 degrees left of vertical, but the shadow of Cain's hat doesn't cover his face like it should for a big brimmed hat with the sun high up and slightly behind and to the right of the photographer, thus proving that man didn't land on the moon.... no wait, that's a different argument about shadow angles.

Some women can’t distinguish between a man just being friendly and a man being inappropriate it seems. Like those mystery illnesses that get hyped up in the media and then everybody thinks they “have it”, harassment was the affliction du jour for those who enjoy being victims who are somehow owed compensation and apologies. SO TIRED of this sort of stuff!

Her family, including a brother who is a lawyer and lists employment cases among his specialties, has declined interview requests.

As for Cain, he may indeed have been "trolling the water" back then. If he was "stepping out" it was a pretty stupid thing to do given his position. Middle-aged men do stupid things especially if drinking is involved - many of us have been there, have learned and are the wiser for it. Asking someone up to a hotel room should be obvious enough to the woman. Her saying no should be the end of it for both of them. But if there are allegations of her not receiving a promotion because she refused him, it could serve as a basis for a sexual harassment charge.
Just like the blog poster, this is all speculation. But the fact AP knows her identity and chooses to respect her privacy now does not mean her name will not be given to Politico or some other DC blog or even the Obama campaign to use against Cain if he recovers his poling numbers. In fact, I would bet they already know who she is.
I’ve been reading up on there “accusers”. BOTH Sharon and Karen made sexual harassment allegations before and after those tossed at Cain. I read Sharon was fired from NRA for making a FALSE sexual harrassment claim (but comes out 14 yrs later making one against Cain which she never talked about until now).
Karen...as we all know...made a complaint against that x-rated joke about Men/Women and how they are like a computer. I mean, cannot get much more pornographic than that!!
Sharon is a bimbo who cannot seem to keep her boobs in her shirt..they are always sticking out of the top of a v-neck. Karen couldn’t be more frigid if she were frozen solid.
This other “accuser”? I probably has less credibility than the other 2 and at least has the common sense to shut up!
Personally, I think both Sharon and Karen are racists. Didn’t like a black man being in charge. Furthermore, they probably couldn’t manipulate him...so it pissed them off because he expected work ethic/performance from his employees and they couldn’t cut the mustard. So what do they do? What any loser does...make something up that the man cannot defend because one...it’s a he said she said. Two..it never happened.
Joe, I’m sorry you had to go through that. I’m a woman and have dealt with comments, jestures, whatever @ work, but I chose to ignore and/or handle on my own. I have never complained to HR even once. Not into that.
One thing I’ve noticed is the women who claim sexual harrassment are normally not the “best looking things” in the office. Me thinks they WISH they could get attention, but they don’t ;)
Of course, they are always those who are so uptight they’d sue the wind for blowing up their skirt if they could.
Funny how all roads lead back to Mitt and Perry. I knew something was being staged during that debate when they had words over illegal hirings. Something didn’t sit right and their acting wouldn’t have gotten an Emmy. You can’t tell me that wasn’t planned to make the sheeple think they were enemies and would never work together. That was immediately before the accusations against Cain hit the wires.
I, too was charged with sexual harassment by a fat, 8 month pregnant, bimbo with a face that looked like Helen Thomas with 2 teeth.
Even Laz wouldn't have hit it.
If my memory is correct, she ended up with about $60 K {from the company} and it was just a payoff to put it behind us.
I never said or did anything to that pig and she was a barnyard hog root'en in the slop for a few bucks.
I've hated those BS laws ever since.
Notice in the article she filed about other unnamed problems. Those problems could be anything from the wrong type tp in the women’s room to her poor job performance. Any settlement less than six figures is much ado about nothing.
Good for you -- I would think most men would be smart enough to get the message the first time. For constant repeat offenders who think they are God's gift to women and that "no" means "maybe" a visit to HR or more may well be on the agenda.
It is possible these women were fired for incompetency and given a severance package.
