"The Republicans have a problem," says MSNBC's Chris Matthews. "They are consumed by hate, so consumed they can't think positively of whom they may want to lead them."

Hatred of the evil for being evil defines conservatives.
Whenever I read articles like this, I just replace the word “Democrat or liberal” when Republican or conservative is used. When the libs accuse us of something, they are just telling us who they actually are.
I question — who are the nincompoops and buffoons who either watch or listen to this guy? He is a total moron!!
Chris Matthews....that reminds me, I need to put toilet paper on my shopping list.
“I know I am just about ready to say the hell with it. “
It’s very tiring for those of us who stay aware of what’s going on. Unplug. Go play with your kids. Rake your leaves, have a beer. Enjoy.
Until it’s decided, the acrimony is going to be here. And even after that for a short time. Bottom line is we have to rally around who is nominated.
As of now, I’m for Gingrich. I will vote Gingrich in our primary, in spite of the numerous flames I’ll get here. And then, when it’s all decided, I’ll support that person and vote for them in the general.
Cain, Romney, Gingrich, whoever it is, as long as we get the Obama band of communists away from the levers of power, it will be a win for America.
He’s right, I hate communists like him.
Actually to a degree he is correct. We hate a lot of things in regards to poor character in our potential candidates. And in some regards I fear that ‘hate’ of inconsequential character traits may indeed screw up getting the best person for the nomination.
Along with this idea of “hate” goes the MSM. It is their ginning up smears that muddies the system in the republican style of character vetting. For some very odd reason, Republicans have a full grasp of the media bias...and yet fall victim to its every slur in regards to our potential nominees.
You’d think after fifty years of the same meme i.e. Pubbies are haters, liberals would come up with something different. I grew up in a Democrat household, and my parents were firm in their conviction that Republicans were mean, nasty, vile creatures who hated everyone and everything...even themselves I suppose. Barry Goldwater was a hater, a war-monger, and he was crazy too. The Dems can’t get off that message. The reason: Dems can’t stand to discuss political philosophy. Much easier to explain it to core Dems in simple terms i.e. Dems are wonderful, nice people who want to save the planet while Pubbies are demented troglodytes.
Chrissy needs to get back onto his meds. He’s decompensating again, projecting the hatred that consumes the left onto conservatives who want a return to a constitutional form of government.
Boy, talking about the pot calling the kettle black. Ugh.
Easily the most overpaid man in America. It likely took him all night to think up that cliche.
Pray for America
Nah, he’s wrong. The Republican electorate is fine, other than the extremists, who are consumed by silliness, not hate, like always.
Of course, if Republicans had quickly agreed on a candidate, Chrissy would be saying, “There go those lockstep Gestapo-style Republicans again.”
Best to ignore Chrissy.
PROJECTION!
“You guys see Live and Let Die, the great Bond film with Yaphet Kotto as the bad guy, Mr. Big? In the end they jam a big CO2 pellet in his face and he blew up. I have to tell you, Rush Limbaugh is looking more and more like Mr. Big, and at some point somebody’s going to jam a CO2 pellet into his head and he’s going to explode like a giant blimp. That day may come. Not yet. But we’ll be there to watch. I think he’s Mr. Big, I think Yaphet Kotto. Are you watching, Rush?”

I think it’s safe to say, both sides are.
Chris, I feel your love. Now, go have a drink on me.
All of the democrats in Washington and all the leftist MS Media were filled with love and admiration for their president - and they showed it every day.
They treated him with respect and never indulged in character assasination.
We never heard them utter an unkind word or cast aspersions on him. They all conducted themselves with dignity and maturity.
That was in Bizarro Land.
Here in Real World America they conducted themselves like spitefull, piggish, spoiled children who lashed out with rage and hate whenever things didn't go exactly their way.
The Texans fought at the Alamo until no one was standing and you are calling a load of flying verbosity a "blood bath" with no survivors.
Get a grip and check your spine.
Not one pubbie candidate has been kilt, and you, Bless Your Soul, are ready to say the hell with it.
Care to reconsider?
“I reserve my hate for drooling idiots like Chris Matthews.”
Isn’t that the truth. I HATE CHRISSY!
