Why in the world does the GOP think nominating the one candidate the 0 Campaign PR machine can credibly paint as part of the DC Establishment in the minds of independent voters is going to work?
With the vast majority of Americans angry at professional politicians of both parties, why would you want to nominate the one candidate an incumbent President can position himself as the "outsider" against?
Real world stinks, doesn’t it. We do get insulated here.

I agree. If we increase our conservative (tea party type) membership in the house and manage to take the senate, we can pretty much thwart any real damage, although without a good president, maybe not many strides forward.
Romney has a nice percent but he hasn’t moved an inch. And I dont think he will. The more conservative people have gone through the list and as one of their favorites declines or manages to shoot himself in foot, another arises. Then that one has stuff come out about him.
I think people will eventually take the whole list out again and re-think everyone on it.

I’m kinda passionate about my candidate, but not to the extent of some of the nasty infighting that’s gone on around here. We need to look at Kerry, Murray, etal and put a stop to that.
Lobby for who you think would be best for the country but try to avoid ugly trashing of other candidates. That’s my wish, anyway.
I think the MSM is more dangerous than the left.
Without the MSM covering up and ignoring all the outright crookedness and treason of the democrats, another one would never be elected.

The Earth cools and warms on a 24-28 year cycle over the past 130 years or so, with the last warming in 1998-1999 (warming/cooling of less than one degree - oh dread!). Since that time it has remained static or started to cool a bit; after another 10-years we will start to see a gradual warming.
Sun spots affect the earth. Volcanic eruptions put tons of pollutants into the atsmophere, more than man.
The old guy, if still alive, who in the 60's lead the "Mini Ice Age" theory, and then Global Warming in the 70's admitted in the late 90's, early 2000's that he had been wrong his entire life - that the earth was affected by periods of change lasting between 24-28 years over the past century (to recap), and that Science had been high-jacked by the political class to enrich their pet projects and corporations.
The entire Dem Party, from Al Gore to Obama are looped into Green Energy for campaign contributions but first they need to provide them the "Peoples Republic" Money to make donations....
