KUHNER: Obama’s Watergate (Fast & Furious/Operation Castaway)
Washington Times ^ | December 15, 2011 | By Jeffrey T. Kuhner

Posted on 12/15/2011 6:01:59 PM PST by Texas Fossil

A year ago this week, U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was murdered. He died protecting his country from brutal Mexican gangsters. Two AK-47 assault rifles were found at his death site. We now know the horrifying truth: Agent Terry was killed by weapons that were part of an illegal Obama administration operation to smuggle arms to the dangerous drug cartels. He was a victim of his own government. This is not only a major scandal; it is a high crime that potentially reaches all the way to the White House, implicating senior officials. It is President Obama’s Watergate.

Yep. And that weapon will not be found.

Think also about the number of agencies implicated:

BATF
Justice
Homeland Security
ICE
State Department

This is not a low level scam but from the top.

No One, could have “signed off” on this but Obozo himself.

Ad the money laundering and we have a real party.

This is the 1st article I have seen in a well known paper suggesting a link between Obozo and the actual operation of Fast & Furious.
Kuhner’s logic is flawless. Let’s see what happens now.
Remember Woodward & Bernstein?

I do remember them. But they were wild game hunting against a Republican.

The most we might see would be a resignation from that asswipe Holder, and the Kenyan Kid and his willing media accomplices will paint it as a case of Holder being hounded from his job by "mean spirited, obstructionist Republicans", just you wait and see.

The 'Rats, libs and RINOs have been waiting for more than 50 years to retaliate for "Who Promoted Peress" with "Who Hounded Holder?"

Clinton was accused of skimming off the top

no "accused" he was paid off. That is what Whitewater was really about, money laundering. FACT. For Slick and his Arkie Friends. Strange power base around Seth Ward.

I know about Mena, Nella and Ft. Smith aspects. Have been to Mena many times. Last time I was there the locals were still denying it, but winking.

I did political battle against the surrogates of the Sandanistas in the 1980's, while I live in NM (1972-1986). They would come up from Nicaragua trying to stir up the locals. (lot of mine union leftists there) The Maryknoll nunns were part of that, saw this up close and personal. Also saw the other side. It was much later that I discovered exactly what happened with the Contra Operation. Unfortunately most people have no clue who the players were, much less the stakes and the game.

Retaliate?

If we get the Senate and hold the House, possibly the presidency, there will be “real retaliation”.

Nothing like this in the history of the U.S.

Traitors deserve swift punishment.

Dems yes, and the RINO Pubbies too.

Doesn’t really make any difference ... not only don’t we have a Justice Dept., we have Eric “the bigot” and his lackeys running the show. We have federal judges is Washington that are just as corrupt as Eric the bigot and will not protect America from the Food Stamp President’s mob.

“And 100s were not murdered at the Watergate”

Of course the head of the DOJ was not willing to keep hiding facts in the Watergate scandal. Holder will not resign and will only go after the whistleblowers here.

Agreed. Also add the FBI and DEA. I also agree about the quality of this article and the prominence of the newspaper. This may light some fires.

That’s the way I see it, too. Even if we get a good President in ‘12 and get control of the Congress, I don’t think the case will be pursued; and, that’s a shame because this is the most criminally corrupt regime in our history, IMHO.

I remember Jim Wright, John Kerry, and Tom Harkin in photos with Daniel Ortega. Then Tom Foley appointed Ron Dellums to the intelligence committee in the House to piss off Reagan. Dellums assistant was Barbara Lee (a good friend of Nancy Pelosi). Lee was good friends with Ortega and Castro.

Ahhh yes, memories.

I recall the photo, it is still running around somewhere. It is on FR now somewhere.

Tom Foley, Ron Dullums, and Barbara “Commmie” Lee. Now that is a lineup.

And yes Barbara was/is a friend of Ortega & Castro. Birds of a feather. And I remember Humberto Ortega, Ernesto Cardenal, Bayardo Arce and Tomás Borge. Bad old time, Bad old Commies.

I could tell war stores about that time. Some of it I did not fully understand then, but years later it all came out.

Have great admiration for Terry Reed. (”Compromised”) And great admiration of Col. Ollie North.

note- many places that the John Fn Kerry/Daniel Ortega photo was have since been scrubbed. Even the ketchup queen does not have enough bucks to make them all go in the rabbit hole.

Like the Hanoi Jane photo’s, they will last forever. As long as free men draw breath.

The difference is in Fast and Furious, the actual crime is much, much, more serious than the cover up, but it seems even the conservatives seem to be pushing the cover-up story as the big one.

The Republicans need to manufacture a "Caspar Weinberger" moment in June 2012, if they're serious about stopping the Obama/Holder regime.

My first experience with the Grand Old Party was back then. I was living in Flower Mound, TX and called up the Republican Party in Denton and offered my services to assist getting Jim Wright out of office. They said someone would get back to me. After about a week I got a letter. It said, "Thank you for your offer to assist the Republican Party. Please send your contribution to
." I called them back up and said, "You so-and-sos are no better than the Democrats." Now, I'm Tea Party, and still vote Republican. You should see my chicken scratching when I get one of those RNC questionaires in the mail.

Yep, I know. Large organizations are like that.

I was Republican County Chairman for a time in a County in NM. Back in the 1980’s. Thankless job, but someone has to do it.

Our County Chairman here in Haskell County, TX has tried several times to get me to accept it here. I have told him I cannot because of family obligations (is true). But I plan to call him this week and tell him I want to be a delegate again. We have work to be done within the Party that is important this time.
