I've decided that now is the time to speak to one & all.

The Following letter was sent to a Washington State Congressional Member of the U.S. House, sometime in Oct. 2004, before Waco Siege, and or Ruby Ridge, and did garter a visit by the F.B.I., gee I wonder if they (F.B.I.) will ever smell the Coffee.

Yes I'm Pro 2nd Amendment, Dear Council Person, State /National Representative(s), State/National Senator(s):

I am not a member of the KKK! I am not a member of a Neo-Nazi Group!

I am not insane! I am not a Felon! But, I am a Gun Owner, and I have several guns, and will tell you why I intend to keep them!

What I will tell you will not make you feel comfortable. But then, much of the power you and your colleagues wield does not make me comfortable either.

It isn't my hand that “hovers over the button.” It isn't my desire that controls the vast armies of Police and soldiers in this land. Senator, et al., it isn't my order that can send droves of rocket-armed helicopters towards a target outside or inside this country.

Let me be blunt! The time for “pussy footing around” is past! I own a semi-automatic rifle so that I can shoot any tyrannical police officer, or brain-washed soldier, or corrupt judge, or crooked politician if the horrible and sickening necessity ever arises in my life in the USA. Unless one has a grounding in the thoughts of our Founding Fathers, this statement smacks of the highest level of sedition. But, don't distort my intent! You said you respect and cherish the Constitution when you swore to me and all Americans that you would defend it against all enemies both without and within. But YOU MUST DEMONSTRATE your loyalty to that oath!

Someone suggested we should send the following message to every politician, police officer, judge and soldier in this country

“IF YOU OBEY THE CONSTITUTION, WE WON'T SHOOT YOU!” “A harsh message” you say, but something that might have been said in 1776. I wonder how many millions of Americans might agree with it today? Believe me, some of your recent actions have caused this sentiment to ripen from within, like bitter juice! YOU WILL NOT TAKE OUR GUNS AWAY, for our “right to keep and bear arms” is our last, desperate “check and balance.” Yes, guns are for killing people alright, if the need arises. Why should we pretend otherwise? May God guide you & your colleague's in your future decisions. Stay on the side of “WE THE PEOPLE”! Not to--- will be dangerous to your health!

I choose to state that 0bama Care is nothing more than Commie Care, and does infringe, and violate the United States Constitution.

I, as many Americans, are/am tired of the democRATS refusal to adhere to the limitations as set forth in the U.S. Constitution, ala "DEEMED IT PASSED," and or "Wait to see whats in it (0Bama Care,)" or the RINO's (Republicans In Name Only) who seat ideally by, and put their Hands and Minds in their Pockets, so they can Shake the Hands of their Contributors, and feign a Cry "We Tried to do the Best We Could, with what we Had." So tell me Council Person, State /National Representative(s), State/National Senator(s), why is it the citizens can see that you one & all suffer from Cranium Rectal Disorder, or Truth Deficit Syndrome, but not one of you will call a Doctor.

Sorry one & all, I just looked at the file date, (@ about 2:00 a.m.) when I posted this and didn’t think to research the date(s), thinking that I had not touched the file since I sent it, approx. 1990-91.

Waco Siege February 28, 1993, and ended violently 50 days later.

Ruby Ridge was the site of a violent confrontation and siege in northern Idaho in 1992
