This is a serious misallocation of resources. They are going to tie-up 50 agents? On a fishing expedition? For how long?
We can’t even get Obama to keep a couple of hundred National Guard troops on the border, and he’s now sending 50 highly paid federal investigators to ‘interview’ Mexican’s to see if they were served dessert last night?
I simply cannot trust any ICE agent beholden to the current Administration—or the Mexican Govt. (you decide) IMO anyone working for Janet N. or Barry Soetoro is automatically suspicious and most probably anti-American. I find Sheriff Joe A. more credible than Anybody appointed by or loyal to this
present evil administration.

Wow, I wouldn't doubt it, and they revoked his access to federal databanks. Looks like Arpaio & Co. may have touched a raw nerve with the "Big Illegal" and his BC. This administration stinks out loud...I can't say this loud enough without using Caps. Time to dust off the 10th Amend. and get real serious with it.
Look for more bogus information when the final reports come in. These are GUBMINT employees being told what to do and what to report. The true story will not come out. And, do you think for one nanosecond the wetbacks will tell the truth? ICE is on a “Witch hunt” to get Sheriff Joe because he’s a thorn in their side.

If Arpaio wants to, and the county/state agree, they can refuse federal money and take back control of their local operations. Might mean a tightening of the belt a little, and cutting down/out some entitlement programs, but well worth it to regain state control of the state.
I hope Arizona citizens will welcome the feds with open arms (not) and give them all the help and support they need.
I agree. They should resist in every way that they can. And it’s also important to make sure that Sheriff Joe and his real deputies are all right. I hope this isn’t the tinder box, but Hubby and I are ready if it is.

This is Obama playing hard ball with him because he knows that Arpaio is doing an investigation into his eligibility as a natural born citizen. He expects to run into problems and will call it politically motivated.

Exactly ... I've made this point on earlier threads here at FR. Arpaio can't wait till February to release what he has on Obama ... by then he will be completely discredited by Obama and his willing accomplices in the liberal MSM.

I don’t see anywhere in the federal constitution where the Federal Goverment nor any of its agents have the power to revoke a sitting sheriffs authority to enforce the law.
Indeed i don’t even see their domestic law enforcement powers in the Federal Constitution. I see this act as yet anther affront to our Constitutional system of “checks & balances”.

I do not think that he is the type of man that will be intimidated. He is not going to be rushed. He is doing his investigation and probably more so now than ever, will make sure that it is done right. Especially if it comes up that Obama is not eligible.
If he says it, than he will have evidence of it being so. If has evidence, then the media will have to listen to him, because he will be filing it in a court of law ;-)
