Amen. Mitt has probably never eaten Hamburger Helper, but I have, so I know that you’re supposed to use ground meat when you cook that kind of meal.

I would vote for Caligula if I thought he would kill the EPA. The real question about Newt’s character is will he be the type of president that tries to reign in federal departments or will he be the type that tries to get rid of them. My worry is that he is a Washington guy who believes big government works when it is run properly.

The things he has been saying on the campaign trail I would like to believe, but how do you believe a man who has made so many strange bedfellows and been in favor of so many progressive ideas (i.e. cap and trade) in the past?

i’m not impressed. Newt is wearing thin with me.

Give Romney a chance, his "smile" will make it all better. (BLAH!)

Newt testified in Congress against cap and trade, the same day Al Gore testified in favor of it:

“Newt Rips Al Gore’s Facts to Pieces”

What I find exceedingly frustrating is how Newt is showing the other candidates how to concentrate on the real problem...Obama and the mess he has made in DC. Meanwhile, Paul is pretending he never said what he said, and Romney pretzels himself to find the moderate response to every breaking news story.

...and Iowa will allow the Ron Paul Traveling Neo-Nazi Circus Show to survive and embarrass us for a while longer.

I wonder how much it would cost to put myself in a coma for a couple of months...

You’re right about the much needed end of the EPA.

I don’t think there’s any question that Gingrich was a Washington guy that saw what he became and stepped away.

Think about it: We have the opportunity to put a guy in the White House who literally knows who’s who in the zoo BEHIND CLOSED DOORS.

He’s also the type of historial who realizes the importance of the moment and has the advantage of personal reflection and experience to recognize that he has this one shot to be forever known as a great man.

That might sound a bit corny but, Gingrich sees this from a historian’s perspective. He knows the consequences of letting this country down.

I respect that. I relate to it.

and he has my vote.

I can’t STAND a candidate who dodges and ducks all attempts to learn who he is until his staff TELLS him who he is. That’s Romney’s M.O.

NOT ACCEPTABLE and NOT MUCH DIFFERENT from the incompetent in chief that currently occupies the Oval Office.

I’ll have to admit that Newt is “the great articulator” at a time when articulation is sorely needed.

I’m for anyone who will kick Obama’s and his cadre’s ass (including the leftist journolista writers who hide behind the title of “the media”).

Lady Bird Johnson suggested that poor people that couid not afford the rising price of beef, should eat more cheese. Cheese was about three times the price of hamburger at the time.

“Gingrich proves why he is the best choice right here on this issue.

What have the other candidates said?

*crickets*”

You are right. Newt is out in front leading while the others are waiting to see which way the wind is blowing. GO NEWT!
