George Will likes Obama's 2012 reelection chances (Video)
The Daily Caller ^ | December 25, 2011 | Jeff Poor

Despite the steady stream of negative economic numbers, conservative Washington Post columnist George Will thinks that President Barack Obama‘s election prospects aren’t so dire.

“All of the numbers say that the president won’t be,” Will said of the President Obama’s election prospects on ABC’s “This Week” Sunday. “But if the president carries the John Kerry states, he has 245 electoral votes. He needs 25 more. Don’t count the president out.”

ABC political analyst Cokie Roberts went further, saying that she thinks the odds are in favor of the president’s reelection.

The problem with Romney is he will try to appeal to the Independents who lean left. These voters, whose attention span is the length of time between Dance with the Stars commercials, will stick their finger in the wind and vote for Obama because he is the man they know. Romney will give them no clear choice because he muddles that choice with wishey wash.

We are heading down the mud slide that we went down with John McCain.

I agree. Anything can happen like October surprises.

IF Obama is in electoral trouble look for an attack on Iran for the October surprise.

But I doubt he will fall behind for numerous reasons.
The dominant left-wing media will eviscerate whomever the GOP nominate. It`ll be a media blood bath while fawning praise on their messiah.
In a debate Obama can hold his own and can talk for 10 minutes, say nothing, and still be impressive merely because of the tone and inflection of his voice.

One of the factors in Obama’s favor is the unwillingness of the American people to admit they are wrong.

Sadly, the American people are unable to govern themselves.

will would knock Larry Sinclair out to place his face in obamao’s lap. will is just one of the republican beltway elite... a favorite lapdog of the republican progressive leadership. He voted for obama and will so so again. I despise all of these traitors.

Yeah, but WHAT John Kerry states are in play?

I bet Pennsylvania could be up for grabs.

Wisconsin, too.

New Hampshire is not a lock for Hussein.

Neither is New Jersey.

I think the kenyan will be re-elected. He has unlimited campaign funds and the homeland security law with its newly passed additions say he can remove people, including state officials who investigate or harm the process of vote fraud.

Who elected George Will and Cokie Roberts? Don’t their terms ever expire?

The markets will stop zero dead in his tracks; sort of like a thermostat. If zero is up in the polls, markets will freak, people will pull money out of the market and their bank accounts. Employers will do premptive layoffs, consumers will stop spending money except for stocking up on food and essentials. The zombies, 0-bots, metrosexuals, and stupid soccer moms will wonder what all the fuss is about. But, the panic will be contagious, and the voters in the mushy middle will take notice and vote zero out.

Has George Will or Cokie Roberts ever offered an opinion on how well Pres. Obama is doing as President?

Many would accept the idea of a President running an IBM Watson computer for his decisions. We almost have one now who speaks almost totally from a teleprompter. The machine presidency—that’s the ticket.

Meanwhile the nation acts like they would rather watch Dances with the Stars and Jeapordy while the Drone in Chief keeps the fires burning with The Royal Protocol (hint: A Star Trek reference).

these people are talking to the wind

anything (good or bad) can happen between now and the election.

But seeing as how its been nothing but bad for the last 3 years why should they think it will be good for Obama?
