My local upscale high school basically gives blacks free reign for the small infractions and then cracks down on whites to balance its discipline caseload. If you’re black you can wear a baseball hat but if your white it becomes a discipline issue. Basically so when little darling section 8 transplant from Chicago goes violent while keeping it real the school can then boot him. In the mean time little section 8 low IQ no impulse control runs about the school sounding like yet another retarded black racist. I volunteered at a largely minority middle school this fall. Between white girls, white boys, black girls, black boys, and hispanic girls, hispanic boys - guess what - it’s the black boys that cause north of 90% of the problems.

And what is the answer? There’s is a matriarchal society. One day a rather large black woman came in for observation/help. One look from this woman and most of those kids straigthened up and flew right.

I came to the conclusion that if you had a woman like her in every classroom - you would not have problems. Maybe it shouldn’t be this way but it basically is. Some old white dude hollers at them and they’ll holler right back. Some 200 lb. black woman gives them the hairy eyeball - they’re good.

I believe what I have witnessed from 54 years immersed in black culture and seen it's decline behavior wise at least in the US even as a still liberal black middle class arose.

My experience with blacks is worldwide from West Africa to Haiti to The South to NYC

common denominators through it all worldwide:

lack of two parent household..basically serial illegitimacy as the norm

attraction to the most flashy or best talker ..like the Hoogan or Witch Doctor or here in the US...Sharpton or Calypso Louie

prone to violence to settle disputes faster...more emotional

poor inherent governing capabilities

It is nothing more than cultural lag broadly defined by race. Every culture or race associated with it cannot be brought into equal performance in the matter of a few hundred years. Blacks sprang forth or were yanked from mostly a stone aged existence in tropical Africa just a few hundred years ago...in near total isolation from Caucazoids and Asiatic peoples...they are not the only group on the planet to lag, it's just they are maybe the most obvious since they are here in the US in large numbers and are proliferating in Africa now due to medical advance...in spite of a propensity for war and poor agricultural endeavors to feed large numbers of folks.

It's just how it is. Problems in the black community everywhere are not the fault of someone else. The fault is theirs.

It's actually bigoted to act like their shortfalls are always due to something whites did. By that measure then anything blacks accomplish is due to whites making the opportunity for them or nudging them.

Only two things whites have done to help global black race is bring many of them out of the short life span and constant warring of tropical Africa and converted them to Christianity.

most white Americans know little about blacks...maybe a few here and there or TV and sports folks...I drove out west last summer and from Amarillo to Montana in a big circle from Panhandle of Nebraska to Salt Lake to Vegas and Santa Fe We saw maybe 20 black folks over two weeks once we left Kansas City till we returned thru Amarillo...except Vegas.

. In my hometown of Jackson Mississippi I see that many in 90 seconds. Folks who have lived where and how I have with black culture are under no illusions.

on black fathers...even before entitlements and civil rights legislation etc, black fatherless rated was 20-25% and white rate was about 1 in 75.

now...black rate is 70-90% depending who you talk to and white rate is 18%...and it's not your fault or mine...it's theirs...squarely

I won't make excuses for any of it. But I do think ignoring small children is very very harmful to their development...it stunts them...dulls them

Conservatives fail to see that someone’s child will be **forced** by sniveling government functionaries to **assemble** ( against their will and that of their parents) with these reprobates! If the parents or child **rationally** do not cooperate eventually armed police will be sent out with court orders to appear before judges.

Why is it that conservatives believe that a system that fundamentally trashes First Amendment Rights can be “reformed”? There are horrible children with behavior and learning problems ,( or even well behaved kids who hold beliefs that are abhorrent to others in the community,) in every socialist school in this nation, and every day good kids are forced by the government to assemble with them. If this is not so, please send a link proving me wrong.

Fundamentally, it is a First Amendment and freedom of conscience abomination that the children be compelled to attend our nation's socials K-12 schools for any reason, or that taxpayers be forced to pay for them.

I think the problem is deeper than just the lack of a father in the home. Obviously, a drunken, drug-crazed, violent, promiscuous, lazy, father will be no help in raising the kids. More likely, he would do more harm than good.

Kids need good role models, not just resident fathers. The truth is, our society has become so immoral that there are few people in our society who are actually capable of raising children properly or being a good role model, regardless of their skin color, or the number of resident parents.

Add to that the corrupting influence of Hillary Clinton’s “it takes a village” nonsense. Her villages are raising only violent gang members, as is to be expected, since few people truly care about your kids, but you.

Yes, exactly. It's being strongly suggested that just such a situation led to the suspension of the white football player in Fairfax. The one with an incredibly promising future that may have been destroyed to "get the numbers looking right" and who ended up killing himself as a result.

The fact is that the vaunted Fairfax County public schools suck. The county school board and administrators are more interested in playing nasty little PC games than in teaching (in addition to trying to cook the suspension/expulsion numbers, look at how they gerrymandered a solution to the "South Lakes High problem" a couple years back). The County gets its very high ratings due to focusing on the extremes: the disadvantaged/challenged students and the very high performers, and then pouring an enormous amount of wealth into the latest/greatest technology (why Kindergarten teachers need SmartBoards in their classrooms is beyond me).
