Rossi Changes Plan Regarding Refueling of E-Cats
E-Cat World ^ | 1-12-2012 | admin

Posted on 01/14/2012 2:50:38 AM PST by count-your-change

In an interesting and somewhat surprising move, Andrea Rossi now says that the home-based E-Cats he is planning to launch can be refueled by the customer. Rossi was asked by a reader of his blog how often and by whom the E-Cats would be recharged.

Rossi replied: ” 1- Yes, every 6 months the domestic E-Cat will have to be refilled. 2- the refilling operation will be made by the Customer himself or by his usual plumber, or installer. It will be a very simple operation.” (emphasis added)

The big change here is that previously, Rossi has always said that one of his agents would do all the refueling, even though the the procedure would be very simple. Rossi has always been very protective of his trade secrets, and the surprise here is that he now is going to let the customer handle the part of the reactor that presumably contains the prepared powdered nickel. Perhaps that reactor does not contain the secret catalyst, or perhaps he feels the refill is protected in such a way that it won’t be possible to uncover the secret........

Millions of pieces? Of course. Why not?

The proof of the pudding is in the eating, as the Brits are so fond of saying.

The proof of the E-Cat is in the heating..........

Of course they will. Any technology that undermines their faith in Global Warming will be attacked and made to look dangerous, so people will shy away.

The Communists have latched on to the environmental movement to further their agenda of destruction of the capitalist system, so anything that would hamper that agenda must be destroyed, either physically or figuratively.

Let’s say, just for argument’s sake, that the E-Cat is 100% real and will work as advertised. The Left will immediately begin a campaign of “doubt and fear insertion” into the public mind, “It might cause cancer.”, “It may be harmful to children.”, “It could disrupt reproductive health.”, “It may cause irreparable harm to the environment.”, “It might cause Global Cooling.”..............

"This process, if Rossi can really do it, is far more valuable than the E-Cat itself, and yet Rossi treats it as no big deal."

Excuse me....more valuable than controlled, easy to implement fusion reactions?? Sorry....no.

Oh great. Now there's an argument about which of Rossi's non-existent technologies is more valuable.

BTW, fusion reactions by themselves aren't terribly difficult or valuable. Two teenagers have done it using deuterium gas plasmas.

I’m starting to wonder if Rossi’s scam is for the money or for the attention and adulation.

You crack me up. I didn’t post this article. Why didn’t you post your precious blurb to the freeper who posted the article? Because you’re here to harrass, not enlighten.

Refueled every six months?
He’s never showed they can work for more than a few hours at a time.

Imaginary fuel for imaginary devices. How many e-cats have actually been produced that will require refueling as of today?

One?

Why didn’t you post your precious blurb to the freeper who posted the article?

Because he's responding to the short instruction manual on how to run a cold fusion scam that you've posted hundreds of times.

This will be my standard post to moonboy that says you’re not worth trying to have reasonable discussion, also says “buzz off” & doesn’t leave crickets. But if it offends you to the point that you get it removed like my prior innocuous citation then I’ll have to come up with some other ‘ignore button’ post.

This means I have nothing more to say to you about LENR. Bye.

That is my reply to your silly rant. As long as you continue to post it, I'll continue to reply to it.

At least I didn't post mine multiple times.

Yes, a neutering of the loony enviro-whacko lobby would be one of the more delightful apsects of worldwide e-cat/LENR energy consumption. Still waiting....though I’ve been reading of these matters for less than a year, which is virtually no time at all.

It's a water heater. Not that the world couldn't use another good water heater but so far that's what an e-cat is.

You seem rather certain of what this thing that you have not seen is not. :) Or is, for that matter.

To my mind, there is a vast need for heating water and air, for building heating, for industrial heating, for pre-heating of water for boilers and the like. So, if this thing that we know little of is really "just a water heater", that is no small thing.

Of water heaters there is no shortage. E-cats are now going to run heat pumps according to Master Rossi and provide both heating and cooling. Right.

That's if those millions of units that will be manufactured either in one place of another are ever seen by anyone.

So at this point calling it even a water heater is being generous.

We will know one way or the other in a very short time.

We know already. It's an utter fraud.

The thing is, these types of investment scams are always based on a promise that a big revelation is right around the corner. A series of setbacks, intrigue, and technical hurdles that are just about to finished keep it that way, forever.

People were saying last Summer that we'll soon know one way or the other. Some people will be saying that right up until Rossi cashes out without ever delivering a working product. And that much is certain: He will never deliver a working ecat.

I think Kevmo has given up on Rossi (check out this post). The only reason I think he still posts his "silly rant" is to make it look like he had a legitimate reason to promote Rossi. Otherwise, it looks like Kevmo spent a huge amount of effort promoting criminal activity.

That’s cool, I just have nightmares of a honorable retired elderly marine handing over his life savings to a man like Rossi.

It just makes me physically ill. The thought of it on Freerepublic makes me want to run up and down my street yelling at anyone who will listen.

I apologize to everyone about my rants, but I just love these guys like my own father, I would gladly surrender my life for them.

I served myself, but I have no doubt that my sacrifices are small and insignificant compared to others.
