Probably a sales tax which would be even worse.
The only way out of this mess is for the government to earn its keep through voluntary donations. Nobody thinks the government knows how to spend money effectively so that’s why it has to force people.
There was no income tax in our Republic until 1913. So we went 140 years without an income tax. The Feds some how managed to get by.

1) Gradually abolish the income tax.
2) Shrink the government down to it’s Constitutional Size
3) Force it to go to other resources for cast.

I totally agree on Ron Paul, but not for his financial opinions, just his foreign policy notions. But the chief editor of the WSJ?
Their pimping for Mitt is sickening to the extreme.

I agree with scaling it back but I to not agree with Wrong Paul.
I’m for that, and I’m also for no federal government whatsoever, but I’m not for Ron paul.
That’s cool, but it should be on the GOP platform.
Government expenses would be paid by money "printed" by the Fed.
All prices and wages would be index to compensate for the resulting inflation.
This idea was gaining currency (pun) today among the Paultards at ZeroHedge.
You need to ask how prior to 1913 the Fed was able to get by.
