There are some very interesting comments on the WND article.
I can see where some of those posters were coming from. And it’s kind of chilling to me.
I do hope that this Judge sticks to his guns. My worry is that somehow at the last minute he will back down. No Man or woman should be above the Law in the United States. But for some D*mn reason the current President certainly is.
So I will be following this with interest.

Don’t you love obozo’s attorney’s response? Telling GA to mind its own business? GA’s sovereignty doesn’t extend beyond its borders? Now all of a sudden a particular state is a sovereign state to the feds? WOW! These people really ARE stupid!!! The US Constitution can’t be used by sovereign states?
And there are supposedly a whole lot of top lawyers in that administration? They are at the top but below that is a dung heap!

If Obama does not show up would it not be wonderful for Georgia police to attempt to arrest him next time he pops into Georgia.
Althou in all honestly the simple and direct reminity is to rule summarily against him and deny him a place on the Georgia ballot.
Where is the NEWS MEDIA in all this ??? Running for the tall grass I imagine . . . Not even Fox Cable has touched it but it’s gone viral on the YAHOO search engine directory . Too soon for me to get excited though and probably too good to believe that anything will eventually come of it . Remember obama has eric holder to intimidate anyone who closes in on him . Look for a law suit filed against the state of Georgia for racism or something of that nature .
