There are only 3 things that the judge is going to be concerned with. 1) is Obama over 35 years of age, 2) has he resided in the US for the last 14 years, and 3) is he a US 'natural born Citizen'.

Hatfield, and Van Irion are arguing that Obama is not eligible because does not - based on standing US Supreme Court precedent - fulfill the legal definition of #3.

Orly on the other hand is arguing about fraud, identiy theft, SSN's.... The judge is going to tell her none of that is relavant. Because legally, it's not. Even if the things Orly is arguing are true, and Obama committed multiple felonies, that does not make him ineligible for the office of President. The ONLY thing the judge is concerned about are the 3 requirements mentioned above.

Orly has done more to HELP Obama than anyone in the country, by allowing the media to frame all "birther's" as those 'crazy' people who believe Obama is not an American Citizen, or that he was born in Kenya.

I actually believe Obama was born in Hawaii AND the BC's he's released are fraudulent. Obama has done everything he can to keep the 'birther' issue going. It started to die down, and Trump comes along and fires it up again - he then gets a much needed building permit in Chicago approved. It dies down again, and Obama's father's University buddy, and huge Obama supporter Hawaii Gov. Ambercrombie, says that there is an issue with Obama's BC.

Obama has done everything in his power to frame the issue of his eligibility on where he was born. And those who question his eligibility as crazy people who believe he's not an American citizen. Obama has done this to hide the one issue he can't hide (because he wrote an entire book about it!) - Obama is not eligible to the office of POTUS, because the US Supreme Court has made precedent that only those born of 2 US citizen parents can be considered 'natural born Ciitzens' - and Obama's father was never, and never intended to become, a US citizen.

In this astounding tour-de-force, Donofrio sums it all up. I am in awe.

However, this Amicus Curiae brief would be better read by the SCOTUS, not heard in an Administrative Hearing. Even if his ruling finds for the plaintiffs in the matter, Judge Mahili cannot order the relief they seek. The real test here is not in the Hearing Room. It is in the hearts and minds of the GA Officials who have within their power ....RIGHT NOW ... to strike the Mombasa MF from the ballot, as does every SOS in the 57 states. All Mahili can do is give them more legal basis for doing the right thing ... more than they need, if truth be told.

IMHO, all of us, including Leo, have gotten this thing Bass Ackwards. It is not us who should be bringing suit against Obama. It should be Obama in the role of Plaintiff, seeking relief from the SsOS who bar him from the ballot in their various states on Article II grounds.

It is he who has "standing." The courts would have then to decide what a "Natural Born Citizen" is. If The ALJ finds for the plaintiffs in this hearing, that should be the signal gun for the start of the contest, but by the cold light of legal dawn, Mahili can actually do very little for us

Obama has eluded capture as a defendant. Therefore, he must be made the plaintiff if we are to get justice.
