Oh, that's right...
There is enough evidence for a DA to go after it, but guess what... Holder’s office isn’t gonna touch it.

From a local DA to the Justice Dept.
That's a leap. Nah, ya'll aren't going to do a thing. You've already stated as much.

And you might want to consider that some people on FR have been preparing for this to happen for quite some time...

Here's one from before you even thought of this place...

You can climb off your high horse any time you choose.

And just to get you to start using your thinking cap about what the ordinary person is able to do, think about this...
In the body of United States v. Wong Kim Ark opinion is this statement...
7. In Minor v. Happersett, Chief Justice Waite, when construing, in behalf of the court...

Justia sure as hell couldn't scrub that!
The information was there all along for anyone to see, if they thought about it!

Be sure you read #87 before you too pass judgement.
Everybody here isn't an idiot or ignorant.

From Leo's own site...

US SUPREME COURT PRECEDENT STATES THAT OBAMA IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE PRESIDENT. UPDATED: Dec. 15, 2011
Before revisiting Minor, we must revisit Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898) to review a clearly erroneous statement made by Justice Gray concerning the prior holding in the Minor case:

In Minor v. Happersett, Chief Justice Waite, when construing, in behalf of the court...

Friggin' ridiculous BS!

Why use Justia over Westlaw?

So you’re suggesting that the fact this nation is a melting pot of people means:
1. Obama, Harvard education lawyer, is excused for his COLB lie?
2. The Constitution doesn’t come into play here?
3. People won’t wonder what else he is hiding?

Westlaw’s search engine is pretty poor. That’s about it. At law schools some professors now have students search for specific cases on different websites to note the differences between them. Justia doesn’t fare well in that exercise. However, its use if the Google mini and Google analytics is outstanding which is why it gets so much traffic. I do not use Justia. I use JSTOR and Lexis.
