i played golf once - hit a guy in the temple of his head

i rationalized my retirement by telling myself i had mastered the game and should move on to other challenges

"Rush is sure complimentry of Santorum.."

He nailed Romney on Romneycare/Obamacare last night. All Romney could stammer, was, "There is no reason to get angry about it."

Too bad that either Santorum or Newt didn't follow up with reference to this juicy morsel:

The Hill
Romney-adviser Norm Coleman predicts republican president wont repeal health law

<>

Romney Advisor: No Obamacare Repeal
Redstate ^ | January 25, 2012 | Erick Erickson

As Ben Domenech notes in his Transom, Mitt Romney’s advisors have now advised him to support “a $2 gas tax, a VAT, and open Taliban talks.” Add to that list not repealing Obamacare. Norm Coleman, an advisor to Romney, went on record saying:

"We’re not going to do repeal. You’re not going to repeal Obamacare… It’s not a total repeal… You will not repeal the act in its entirety, but you will see major changes, particularly if there is a Republican president… You can’t whole-cloth throw it out. But you can substantially change what’s been done."

(Excerpt) bttt

I work/lurked today (actually more work-novel concept, I know) but I went over to twitter and David Limbaugh did Infact tweet that his preference all along has been “Rick, Newt, Mitt.”

So obviously his brother Rush is in the tank for Romney.

Yinz have a nice weekend m’at!

Thanks! bttt :)

I know Mark Levin has made no bones about the fact that he likes Santorum, also. He will only vote for Mittens as a last straw. But neither of those two can vote in the Florida primary. I like Santorum, too, but the TEA Party Groups are going for Newt, because Santorum isn’t polling well here and still doesn’t have the money to mount a serious campaign.

They are already moving oil by train to the West Coast refineries, which are running low due to the decrease in supply from Alaska. The Tesoro refinery in Anacortes runs entirely on shale oil from the Bakken fields and BP is using 14% of the same crude.

It’s not just oil that Obama plans to ship by train, though. He plans on shipping coal, sub-bituminous coal from the Powder River Basin as well as grain and soy beans, all to be shipped to China. That’s the bargain that Obama made with the devil.

Perhaps it just wasn’t that funny.

Perhaps. That's a possibility. Or perhaps you are just too stupid to get it and you take yourself far too seriously. Or perhaps you have some other agenda. Those are also are other possibilities.

Posting comments about Rush being in the tank for one candidate or another has been an ongoing joke for the past week or two. You really need to lighten-up a bit.

For the Good Lord’s sake, give it up.

Looks like you would carry this nothing argument into infinity. You must be really bored or self absorbed.

I don’t even remember your stupid post.

Here's another shocker about Alaskan oil and Jerry Brown.

"Chevron had just finished building a refinery in El Segundo that was designed to process Alaskan crude to compete against Indonesian oil for the California power-plant market. Before the facility could refine a barrel of North Slope crude, however, Jerry Brown’s Air Resources Board - headed up by his former campaign manager, Tom Quinn - passed a new air-quality standard for sulfur just barely too high for Chevron to meet with Alaskan oil. That cemented the Indonesian monopoly, and the Brown family, as the only oil provider to the California power industry. "

PEARCE: Jerry Brown, oil baron

Have you heard that the united Steel Workers have called a general strike against all their refineries for Tuesday, midnight? It still must go to a vote, but this is part of Obama’s war on the oil industry.

I haven’t heard that yet. What I think about the idea is unprintable. These people are playing with fire.
