Florida AG Pam Bondi lets the cat out of the bag regarding Romney's National Healthcare plans
From a segment on Greta ^ | Jan 27, 2012 | Jim Robinson

Posted on 01/27/2012 9:52:38 PM PST by Jim Robinson

Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi who's fighting to repeal ObamaCare appeared on Greta, tonight, defending RomneyCare. She says Romney’s health care plan is not the same as ObamaCare and, in fact, Romney's plan reduces costs. She goes on to say that Romney wants all states to impose similar laws (including mandates) and that she and is all for it.

She went on to explain that she's going to be on Romney’s Health Care Advisory Team when he’s president!

What this means is that while Romney may say he wants to repeal ObamaCare, he actually agrees with it. He believes that RomneyCare, ie, ObamaCare is a model health care plan and all states should impose similar plans.

RomneyCare and ObamaCare are the same thing. The only difference is that Romney's was imposed at the state level where Obama's was imposed nationally.

RomneyCare = ObamaCare = taxpayer funded abortion = death panels = socialism = government force = fascism = tyranny!!

So Romney and his co-conspirators in the GOP establishment are now planning a National Healthcare Task Force to impose top-down government run national healthcare on all 50 states!!

We all know what Reagan said about government by a group of elites and that socialism would be imposed on America through socialized health care. Well, welcome to the Socialist States Of America if Romney is elected.

If the GOP does this then the hell with them!!

This is tyranny!!

We are the resistance!!

Rebellion is on!!

Go, Tea Party!!

Go, Newt!!

Live free or die!!

“And IF Bain Capital figures out someway to make money off of Romneycare...”

Actually..they already have ....

http://www.baincapitalprivateequity.com/Investments/432/HCA

Bill Frist, medical doctor and former Republican Senate Majority Leader (2003 - 2007), said Tuesday that he’s for fixing not nixing ObamaCare.

Frist’s father and brother founded Hospital Corporation of America, the “largest private operator of health care facilities in the world.” His brother, nephews and other members of his extended family own significant stakes in the company, which is eyeing a public stock offering to resolve looming debt issues. With ObamaCare, hospitals forecast less uncompensated care (bad debt) and their stock prices have been rising accordingly. The “improved prospects for publicly traded hospitals appear to have inspired the owners of HCA to take the company public” again.

The RinoCrat Oligarchy have themselves invested in Bain...and their personal financial security is probably depenedent on its success...which is in turn dependent upon a Romney Candidacy.

Think Madoff...but with legislative leverage to meet the calls....

Since Mitt’s biggest excuse is that his plan was so different because it was done at State level vs. Federal level (which supossedly makes it a virtuous subjugation of the People), look for a Romney in the WH to further trash the Constituiton and declare that Obama Care has transformed from a Federal program to a State program and the lucky States have to do nothing since it is already in place for them.

I saw the interview and came away with the EXACT impression. I was stunned too, I might add. I thought Bondi was on our side. It’s depressing.

Wish there was a transcript. This thread needs to keep going with link to interview AND transcript for the entire primary season.

I know one person who was wrong-—ME.

I thought Pam had the potential to do big things down here in FL. But lately, she’s proving herself basically an establishment wannabe.

If Obama Care is not overturned - and the tea parties cannot prevail - we may eventually see states seceding from the Union or [yikes!] open rebellion.

Romney is such a frightening marionette... and a ventriloquist: he can talk out of both sides of his mouth at the same time, telling each person exactly what they want to hear.

I am disappointed in FL.AG Pam Bondi; I suppose she is towing the party line in order to insure her own future.

BAH! HUMBUG!

Bondi is a political whore just like many others.

35 Romney endorsers received contributions first

Mitt takes the endorsement game “to a whole new level”

If the GOP nominee is Romney, and if the Dems nominate BHO, I will vote for the Libertarian candidate. This is because the individual mandate for health care completes the destruction of enumerated and limited powers first begun by the Supreme Court in Wickard v. Filburn. In this 1942 case, the Court allowed the federal government to control a grain crop grown on private land and fed to privately owned livestock on the theory that the Commerce Clause allowed the regulation of economic activity that might have an effect on interstate commerce. This gave the Commerce Clause an infinite elasticity so that it could be stretched to justify such a broad range of powers that it rendered moot any concept that the federal government was limited to only 13 enumerated functions.

Think it was Lenin that said “accuse others of the things you are doing”

Mitt and Bo both do that a lot.

Great summary of what’s at stake here.

The one thing I would add is it a form of cohesion to mandate health care.

I wonder what the promised price of betrayal was?

Coulter, Drudge, Krauthammer, Bondi...at this rate; there won't be any silver left in the marketplace for the rest of us.

You can’t spell “Romney” without “R” “MONEY”!

Romney corrupts. Absolute Romney corrupts absolutely.

Romney conveniently leaves out the part in Mass. where he took in Millions & now Billions in Federal dollars to implement RomneyCare. I hope so badly Newt takes Florida & brings this deception of “state’s right” is not what RomneyCare is. The 10th Amendment does not apply when its funded by Federal money. Thanks Mr. Jim Robinson for fighting the good fight!!!
