Florida AG Pam Bondi lets the cat out of the bag regarding Romney's National Healthcare plans
From a segment on Greta ^ | Jan 27, 2012 | Jim Robinson

Posted on 01/27/2012 9:52:38 PM PST by Jim Robinson

Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi who's fighting to repeal ObamaCare appeared on Greta, tonight, defending RomneyCare. She says Romney’s health care plan is not the same as ObamaCare and, in fact, Romney's plan reduces costs. She goes on to say that Romney wants all states to impose similar laws (including mandates) and that she and is all for it.

She went on to explain that she's going to be on Romney’s Health Care Advisory Team when he’s president!

What this means is that while Romney may say he wants to repeal ObamaCare, he actually agrees with it. He believes that RomneyCare, ie, ObamaCare is a model health care plan and all states should impose similar plans.

RomneyCare and ObamaCare are the same thing. The only difference is that Romney's was imposed at the state level where Obama's was imposed nationally.

RomneyCare = ObamaCare = taxpayer funded abortion = death panels = socialism = government force = fascism = tyranny!!

So Romney and his co-conspirators in the GOP establishment are now planning a National Healthcare Task Force to impose top-down government run national healthcare on all 50 states!!

We all know what Reagan said about government by a group of elites and that socialism would be imposed on America through socialized health care. Well, welcome to the Socialist States Of America if Romney is elected.

If the GOP does this then the hell with them!!

This is tyranny!!

We are the resistance!!

Rebellion is on!!

Go, Tea Party!!

Go, Newt!!

Live free or die!!

Bondi had “political climber” written all over her before she opened her mouth. Cute, smart and a climber at the expense of the country throwing in with Myth.

GRETA will rerun in 10 minutes. If there is a coherent difference between Romney and Obama we’ll see it, but I gotta ask, whose version are we going to believe going in, Rush’s, or Bondi’s, which comes with a check and a resume enhancer? No contest.

Also, Greta spent the day with Newt. I believe she got the scoop on Bondi, and I thought Greta, at sign off with Bondi, was chilly and gave her rather short shrift. Pam, however, remained cheerfully on Cloud 9 with her new appointment to the Romney team. blech.

ON THE RECORD

Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi – goes ON THE RECORD at 10pm!
by Greta Van Susteren Posted in: national health care, Pam Bondi

NOV 14 2011 - 6:20 PM ET

Attorney General Pam Bondi is one of the leaders in the state challenges to the national health care law.  She is pleased with the news out of Washington today.

The US Supreme Court announced today that it WILL take the case and WILL decide whether the national health care law is constitutional or not.  The main focus, but not total focus, is on the individual mandate clause. Is that clause within the commerce clause power of the government or not? In other words, can Congress pass a statute requiring you to buy health insurance?

I have no idea what the Court will decide.  I have heard both sides say “I am confidant…”  I don’t know what they are drinking since no one knows how the Supreme Court will decide this issue.

It was obvious the Court would take the case and decide it — but what no one knows is WHAT the Supreme Court will decide.  We should expect a decision by the end of June 2012 (6 months prior to the November election.)

Haven’t seen one. Will post a link and or transcript as soon as available. I’m guessing there will be another replay tonight on Faux News.

It was discussed on this thread during the show starting at or about post 60:

I heard that interview. My impression was that she was bought off by Romney for a political appointment. What an empty class less person. Seems corrupt to me. She agrees each state should have a state run health insurance. Our country is being transformed by the people of the republican party. Wonder when people will wake up.

Are these people that confident that they are going to rub our noses in this 4 days before the vote in Florida?

This could flip things around in a hurry.

Obamacare is hated in God’s Waiting Room.

PREAMBLE We, the people of the State of Florida, being grateful to Almighty God for our constitutional liberty, in order to secure its benefits, perfect our government, insure domestic tranquility, maintain public order, and guarantee equal civil and political rights to all, do ordain and establish this constitution. Unless the Constitution invests in the government the power that the AG claims, then she is all wet.

And apparently, according to her, a state can require you to praise Allah by endorsing Islam as its official religion. So ... no job for you unless you praise Allah.

Without bashing Pam, the book on her is that she has handlers who keep her from veering off topic.

Apparently, they had the night off.

Nice girl, despite the naivete...but perhaps in over her head.

This story is the tip off for several things.
One is that she will sell her soul for an appointment to the Romney government.

But the real zinger is that this story is the tip off that Romney will not repeal obummer care.

Remember that one of his advisers said earlier in the week that obummer care would never be repealed, only modified.

Now this story.

After Romney gets in, he will come to the conclusion after long and thoughtful study that repealing obummer care is not possible because......

Fill in the blanks with whatever....and it will not be repealed.

We are about to get snookered.

It’s looking like they’re hedging their bets on the Courts obamacare mandate ruling. Either way, no matter who wins, we get screwed with government healthecare. Now, follow that money.

Same impression, a real dissapointment, she is a great actor for sure. She looked bought and sold on that segment.

Maybe Lincoln was wrong?

I’ve been saying all along...

He destroyed Massachusetts with Romneycare and he still agrees with this policy! Of course he would wish to implement this all over the country.

This man needs to be stopped! He would probably dismantle the whole country too just to rebuild the way he does with companies! Not good.... Not good.....

That is certainly not true. So far as I know the State of Florida did not have a state church when it entered the union in 1845, nor did it claim such a right when it presented its constitution to congress. Unlike slavery, a state church was not a domestic institution. By that time, all states had disestablished their churches, so that this is an exorbitant claim. Ironically, the very reason why "Deseret" could not get admitted to the union was that it DID have an establishment of religion, and one far more powerful than any religious establishment in American history, excepting that of Massachusetts Bay while that colony had a charter conveying such authority on it.

Statism run riot. And THIS is a "conservative?"

{after long and thoughtful study that repealing obummer care is not possible because..} hundreds of billions have already been spent creating the beast, we will never undo it. The Progressives will soon prove they were right all along because the cheapest health care is none. Already neurologists have been given their guidelines for treatment of Units over 70, they will receive comfort treatment only. see tag

The only cat she’s let out of the bag is that she is an Establishment GOP type. Too bad, though. In my eyes, she was always not guilty. But now? Well, she’s dead, Jim. Dead.
