I agree, I thought McLame just wanted it on his resume, so he would be thought of as a senior statesman.

What they forget is that some of us had grandfathers that taught us to never surrender.

I saw Newt’s SC debate and his rebuttal of the media nastiness via John King's latest antics, and he totally won me over. I was standing up and literally cheering. From that moment on, I realized that Newt has what it takes to fight (I love fighters) and that he is someone who can stand up to Obama and win. If Newt is able to defend himself and come out swinging, his past doesn't matter so much as long as he can beat Obama.

I never thought I could say this, since I haven't cared about Newt for years. In fact, I was determined not to vote for him as recently as two weeks ago. But that’s no longer the case. I’m enthusiastically supporting Newt and will vote for him, warts and all. I have also realized how much I dislike Romney and see him clearly as a useless individual: a wimp who won’t, and indeed can’t, beat Obama.

The fact that the Democrats, the GOP establishment, and numerous RINOs are supporting the wimpo Romney makes me more determined to support Newt.

Man, what a difference a couple of weeks make.

A tea Party! The time has been long in coming. If this is how they act—they need to go the way of the Whig Party—into the dust bin of history. If Newt is trashed-—3rd Party sounds like an option. Maybe Trump can call in on this. IF sarah Palin can on to a 3rd Party—I would follow her—even into Hades.

I would follow her, because that's the best view.

Neither will I. No way in H-E-L-L will that piece of slime get my vote; even if Palin with the VP pick. Not now! Not ever! Not even if Newt were the VP pick! If it comes down to Romney, the GOP-E will rue the day they shoved that POS on us!
