Thanks ..... I watched the hearing online ... very interesting. Actually, while Taitz was there & got to present evidence (INS investigator witness was VERY good), two other lawyers presented their cases that O is not eligible because both parents have to be US citizens to satisfy the ‘natural born’ requirement in the constitution (regardless of where O was born). O’s father was NEVER a US citizen .... sort of a different route to take than the one questioning his birth certificate. The judge wanted to issue a default judgement when O & even his lawyer were ‘no shows’, but the plaintiff’s attorneys asked if they could put on their cases anyway & get their evidence into the court record - judge agreed. It all comes down to Kemp ...even if the judge rules against O, Kemp can ignore it. He is going to be under intense pressure & if he has the guts to keep O off the ballot, it will unleash an F5 tornado of ‘racism’ calls and gosh knows what else from O & his thugs.

The reason for the Georgia court finding is straight-forward and should be reported often on conservative radio;

Section 1 of the United States Constitution, clearly states;

QUOTE No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; UNQUOTE

In Minor v. Happersett, the undisputed federal law clearly states;

QUOTE ...it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. UNQUOTE

Barack Obama Jr. claimed the birthplace of his father and repeated the claim in his book; Dreams From My Father;

QUOTE FROM Wikipedia: Barack Obama Sr. was born in Rachuonyo District on the shores of Lake Victoria just outside Kendu Bay, Kenya Colony, at the time a colony of the British Empire. UNQUOTE from Wikipedia.

Barack Obama Sr. never became a US citizen.

That would mean that Barack Obama Jr. is NOT a natural born Citizen of the US and therefore Barack Obama Jr. does not meet a key US Constitutional requirement to be President of the US.

If true, the GOP elite would rationalize Mitt Romney's presidential candidacy to justify Barack Obama's candidacy. These are events that make one want to say, "hmmmm". United States Constitution not withstanding.

Romney has shown himself alarmingly vindictive and ruthless toward other Republicans who oppose him. The GOP Establishment has demonstrated that they are dismissive and disdainful of conservatives. I sometimes wonder if they would prefer another Obama term to allowing a non-Establishment candidate to win the Presidency.

I see. I support legitimate capitalism. In my opinion, many of the excerpts from NEWS, editorials and articles seen here at FreeRepublic seem to be a similar source of news. The opinions posted in these threads makes for very interesting reading (for me at least) as well. As far as I am aware, "credit for hits" is a legitimate means of making money. Your suggestion of "having to do a little more research" would seem to take a significant amount of energy and would also seem to take more time. There are indeed specific issues of interest and research that necessitate using websites other than Drudge. However, as we all know, time is money. Of course, YMMV.
