Vanity: Indiana Republicans Wake Up!

The Democrats cannot steal the 2012 election for Obama as easily if they don't have the Secretary of State cheating for them! Stand up for the Republican Sec of State! It sounds like his court case is nothing but political.

To quote Hugh Hewitt 'If it's not close they can't cheat'. To which I would add 'if they don't occupy the Sec of State office, it will be much more difficult for the Dems to steal Indiana'!

In my opinion, an SOS is the single most important state official that can be elected.

We elected Ruth Johnson in Michigan and she’s been fighting election fraud since day one.

Soros SoS Project?

Getting back at IN for the SCOTUS decision on voter ID.

What can we do.

He is on trial for voter fraud and several other counts. A Marion County judge, Loius Rosenberg, recently ruled that the Dem who lost to the Republican by 20 points, should take the office. There is a FoxNews article. The whole thing sounds an appalling travesty of justice.

Wouldn't Mitch be able to appoint a SOS if this goes bad?

I saw this story tonight on FOX News. This looks like a Rat operation to take this dude out. His story is totally believable.

Agree. I was shocked at how blatant the Dem manipulation is in this case. Someone needs to come to the aid of this Republican!

Here is what this is about folks:

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2012/01/30/indiana-secretary-states-voter-fraud-trial-starts/

Basically BEFORE he ran for Indiana Secretary of state-he was still registered to vote at his old house (now ex-wifes) even though he had bought a condo elsewhere in the state. This is NOT about vote rigging, fake votes, dead votes, vandalizing opponents signs, vandalizing opponents vehicles, voting in the name of a dead person, or registering in the name of Donald Duck (ALL TACTICS OF THE LEFT). This is simply a matter of how many nights did he actually sleep at such and such residence in one part of the state vs another.

I'm a clerk/judge at one of the polling places here. There are definite rules for people registered to vote given to each county clerk. We often have people who have moved that have to go back to the precinct of their original home in order to vote. They are told to correct their address after the election. They may vote provisional and have either correct id or corrected address within ten days if it is too far away. As long as the address on DL matches the address on file they are fine. Newly married must do the same if they haven't previously fill out name change form.

Is this relevant?

IMO from what I read he handled the situation correctly. He did not try to vote twice.
