A Massachusetts woman says the FBI used a chain saw blade to cut through her door and held her at gunpoint for at least 30 minutes before agents realized they were conducting a raid at the wrong home.

Judy Sanchez, of Fitchburg, says she awoke to heavy footsteps in the stairwell on Jan. 26 and walked into her kitchen in time to see a blade chop through her door.

"I took two steps, face the second door, and I heard the click of a gun, and saying, ‘FBI, get down,’ so I laid down on my living room floor,” Sanchez told WHDH.com. "I was screaming, ‘You have the wrong apartment, you have the wrong apartment,’ over fifty times. And then I seen the big blade coming down my door."

What would happen if a law-abiding citizen took out one or more JBTs who were raiding the wrong address and lived to tell about it?

The War on Drugs has managed to turn both Mexico AND the US into terror states. Quite the twofer.

The FBI’s elite strike team uses a chainsaw on the front door of the wrong address and hold Ms. Sanchez and her 3-year old daughter at gunpoint for 30 minutes? And these guys are PROFESSIONALS? Sounds like a very bad Mack Sennet “Keystone Kops” episode.

BTW, did they shoot her dog to make her appreciate these government-paid thugs more? OK — Sanchez doesn't have one. Pity, she didn't have one because she needs to be reminded who's in-charge. I wonder what was done to secure Ms. Sanchez’ home after the door was destroyed and how soon? Who will pay for it? Can Sanchez sue the buggers? Oh, silly me!

Is the puppy still alive?

If so, they’re really getting sloppy.

I'm sure that since the US Supreme Court has ruled that since the FBI *thought* that they were going to the right address, their raid was legitimate. Even though they didn't raid the right address, they *intended* to.

Therefore, if you defend your castle and slay one of them with a weapon, you're guilty of deliberately killing a Federal agent.

I am sure that Eric Holder will spare your life, but you'll go to prison and be ruined anyway.

In modern America, it is up to the private citizen to determine if the masked men carrying weapons into your domicile aren't law enforcement officers before defending your family. It sucks, but that's the way it is.

We need to end these 'no-knock' paramilitary raids by law enforcement all over the nation and tell law enforcement agencies this directive: "If you have a warrant to scoop someone up for drugs, do it in broad daylight with your service uniform on. If you're afraid of getting killed doing it this way, then find another line of work because law enforcement just isn't for you."

What happens if they break in and all you have is an attack parakeet or killer gerbil?

Do they shoot or stomp?

The Colt 1911 which is still popular with the military has been officially called “Automatic Pistol, Caliber .45, M1911A1” since 1924.

Yes, I know it is a semi-auto but the correct designation of this particular pistol remains as “.45 automatic”.

Uh....why a chainsaw?

Duh! Because they have one they bought as a cool toy a while back and they need to justify the expense.

The Federal Bureau of Incompetents strikes again using horrendously bad intelligence. The incompetents had Vasquez under surveillance. They knew he lived in one of the four apartments in the building. They also knew he went into the building and did not leave the building before the raid was launched. They picked the wrong aparment and then kept asking the occupant of the apartment where Vasquez was. She kept responding she did not know. They never bothered to ask if he lived there. They then pulled out scratching their collective noggins (or scrota, depending on which was closer to their brains) wondering how Vasquez got out of the building with being seen.

Turns out Vasquez left his apartment hours later after being certain the incompetents had pulled the plug on the surveillance of the building because they were convinced they had the right apartment and he had somehow escaped.

It was not until the next day when a reporter for the Fitchburg Sentinel and Enterprise reported that they were at the wrong apartment that the Federal Bureau of Incompetents had any inkling that they were at the right building but in the wrong apartment and that they had let Vasquez escape.

Now with the FBI’s history in the Boston area, the question is: Did one of the people in the FBI purposely get a warrent for Apartment 2R instead of Apartment 2F since he or she wanted to protect Vasquez in the same way that the FBI protected James “Whitey” Bulger for 30 years?

So there really is a use for the Tactical Chainsaw Picatinny Rail Mount Accessory.

You don’t have to wish, all you have to have is money. Of course in many areas of the country you have to go to a lot of trouble and jump through a few hoops, but I looked and your from Texas.

I think a parakeet, hamster or gerbil would fall into the same “not likely to bite” catagory as a kitten and be stomped.
