That would be quite auspicious!

Other things are building as well. There’s room for alot to happen yet.

They are not a slick enough outfit in my opinion to keep swatting all the flies down without slipping up. They are phony, and liars and posers. Great will be their destruction.

Holder: You’re racist!
Issa: Were all the Hispanics that died from your policies be an indication of your racism?

And do what...

1) Demand formally that a special prosecutor be assigned.

2) vote on a resolution or make a recommendation to Congress that he be asked to resign.

3) Hold him in contempt of Congress.

They have been holding hearings for months now on this and nothing has come been resolved and it appears nothing will be.

Thanks!

I had to back it up twice and turn up the volume to hear it, as he was mumbling. I do recall seeing that before, but missed the mumbled words, but that does confirm what he said.

WH Insider: Pay attention. In a week or so. The hearing. That – we are reaching the-the moment of truth on Holder. What do we got now…almost 60 members – members of Congress calling for his resignation? And that’s just publicly. There are Democrats voicing the same uh…the same suggestion. I’ll say it to you again – you keep asking me about it, every time we talk so one more time for you…Eric Holder will no longer be Attorney General of the United States. That-that is – you’ll see that happen soon now. Very soon.

1) Demand formally that a special prosecutor be assigned.

That's a thought. That request has to be made to the President or the Attorney General.

2) vote on a resolution or make a recommendation to Congress that he be asked to resign.

I don't know if Issa or the Oversight Committee can do that. Do you?

3) Hold him in contempt of Congress.

Issa has said he would do that and set a deadline of Feb. 9th for Holder to turn over the requested documents. I guess we will all have to wait and see what happens between now and the 9th. Citing Holder for contempt may not mean a slamdunk conviction though...

——Following a contempt citation, the presiding officer of the chamber is instructed to refer the matter to the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia;[9] according to the law it is the “duty” of the U.S. Attorney to refer the matter to a grand jury for action.-——

Here is the U.S. Attorney of the District of Columbia.

Ronald C. Machen Jr.

Ronald C. Machen Jr. was nominated to serve as United States Attorney for the District of Columbia by President Barack Obama on December 24, 2009. Mr. Machen’s appointment was confirmed by the United States Senate on February 11, 2010.

They have been holding hearings for months now on this and nothing has come been resolved and it appears nothing will be.

Between the time the Watergate story first broke and the first indictment was made was over a year and that was with the MSM baying for blood like a pack of rabid hounds. For comparison.

"I think it's obvious that this is a racially motivated investigation. If Eric Holder was white this would not be happening."

Hate to burst your bubble Huan, but Holder is half white! So is your president. I used to respect your opinions even if I disagreed with them, but now you are showing your racist colors you've been keeping hidden. You can just go piss up a rope and so can Fox News if they don't take you to task for your blatant racist statement.

"Holder should be charged with treason"

None of the above are treasonous as defined in the Constitution. However, such offenses are clearly defined as illegal acts in US Code.

Holder should be charged with "dereliction of duty", "perjury" to Congress, and possibly "RICO Act" with his part in the "Fast&Furious" matter.

It WILL come out that he knew about the gun-running to Mexico under his watch. Issa is a determined bulldog. I've watched him for years. He and Inhofe and Rohrabacher have always lead the way. All 3 have much impact on Congress.

All on these F&F threads who say nothing will come of it and that Issa is just playing the game are wrong! Issa is slowly and wisely building a case. Stand by...I believe you will be surprised. So will the MSM when the SHTF.

Case in point: The usually moderate Juan Williams is already playing the race card, which is always the last defense when liberals get scared.

I predict that this could be the downfall of obambi and company next November. Remember, the MSM is dying and Web news is building.

18 USC CHAPTER 115 § 2381. Treason
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

If Holder owes allegiance elsewhere then it's not treason but some other crime...

Lately he’s been looking a little “leathery”. I think I’d marinate him for 24 hours first if I was going to grill him.
