Listening to a conservative radio talk show talking about this and making the point that Gingsburg never said what is the virtue in the South African constitution. I was at a lunch with one of the vice presidents of the Ford foundation and he was telling me how they were involved in helping Africa develop their constitution. I asked him how that went.
