Obama’s #Occupy army threatened to disrupt and physically assault conservative speakers at the CPAC convention this week in Washington DC. Andrew Breitbart and Newt Gingrich are two conservatives who they will be targeting at the event.Lachlan Markay at The Foundry reported: The “Occupy DC” protest group is planning to disrupt the upcoming Conservative Political Action Conference using a range of potentially illegal tactics that could even include violence against participants, Scribe has learned. (Snip) “Speakers will be physically assaulted, not just verbally confronted,” the source told Scribe in an email.

Threats and intimidation are tools in their toolkit, and when those fail they quickly go straight to physical violence.

All the while accusing their victims of the violence they themselves commit.

This isn’t new. Every conservative speaker finds himself under attack if he is anywhere near a university and thats been true for years; half the time they are disinvited because police can’t assure their safety.

Political violence is a phenomenon of the Left. They count on it.

Physical attacks on conservatives is a risky business, in that many conservatives are armed.

Haven’t really studied Strauss & Howe’s generational notion of historical cycles, so I can’t say much about it. I dod suspect that what’s coming at us will be unlike anything else that has transpired so far in human history. If I’m correct, we’re witnessing the deadly convergence of the Pakistani-Peruvian and the Scandinavian-Slavonic axes - two vast currents of history, human nature and outlook, combined with the modern rise of the will to power - to form a potentially civilization-ending stream of events.

We here in America stand alone against that mighty current in the affairs of men and history.

Yes, the Gods of the Copybook Haadings will indeed “with terror and slaughter return”.

But along with that, we may also witness the return of the heroic, and we’ll see it in the stand that some of us will take against that awful tide. This is our one hope - finding the hero in our souls of which Rand spoke.

I predicted, right after Bush v. Gore was announced in December 2000, that the Democrats would have to have an SA within a few election cycles.

And, here they are.

The big thing about the original SA was not their snotty street violence. The big thing is that they were immune from punishment. THAT made a huge impression on the average German.

I predict now that OWS bullyboys will be untouched by the law if they interfere with CPAC and then move on to busting up GOP campaign events all Fall, together with some of Holder's people.
