Ditch the sweater vests on your dorky sons and please don’t wear pictures of your baby... it’s sick.

The anger against Obama was primarily based on his economic policies. Santorum does not differ from Obama on this front. On social issues, the anger has been very sporadic, briefly during Obamacare mentioning abortion and again in the past two days.

Santorum has a very poor record on fiscal issues. If he wins, it will be the same old politics again - conservative rhetoric on social issues for us and money for politicians who want to plunder. That is not what we want.

I did not understand it as the women’s emotions. I didn’t hear it live but i thought he meant men’s emotions, meaning that en are naturally going to want to defend women first, as they protect their moms, sisters, daughters at home.

You are doing a great job, Senator! Remember though that when you get donations online, it’s a total waste of your money to keep sending $0.22 envelopes to their home. Multiples per donation. They obviously prefer easy online donations. But thanks for the bumpersticker — it’s on my car in SoCal!!

I am a Newt supporter all the way. However, I will enthusiastically support Rick if he is the nominee, as he is light years better than Mitt.

That said, if I also can give Rick some advice-—stop the family standing behind you during a speech! If I felt uncomfortable watching it at home, imagine how the crowd in the room felt. I kept staring at the kids, waiting for one of them to act like, well, a KID.

The conservatives are just going to have to face the reality that they are going to get booby-trapped questions and whatever answer they give will be distorted by the old media.

They are going to have to avoid the old media as much as possible and try to get their message out in ways in the new media.

Can I offer another word of advice for Santorum or whoever's listening? STOP talking about "balanced budget amendments" and START talking about CUTTING GOVERNMENT.

I heard that misportrayed on O’Reilly last night. Didn’t stay tuned in to hear how Ingraham handled it.

Santorum did not suggest that women are too emotional to be in combat. He said that emotions are involved that need discussion...(something along that line.)

What he obviously meant was male/female relationships in the midst of the most death-defying situations that can be imagined.

While he didn’t speak of average male versus female strength, it is an issue in combat because the males will feel a need to save the females.

If there’s an emotional relationship between a male and female in the same unit, either will do their utmost to save their love DESPITE THE MISSION.

Then there is the jealousy of competition for the affections of some male or female.

And, of course, there is pregancy, which will empty a unit of one more warrior in their unit.

There is a whole host of other “emotion” based difficulties that make this a terrible idea.

Anyone know how Ingraham handled it?

The way to answer it is: Under Barack Obama, the US economy has lost 5 million jobs. The real unemployment rate is closer to 15%. Our rating has been downgraded and a second downgrade is in sight. Obama is the Food Stamp President. Our nation is heading for the cliff and Obama has the pedal to the metal.

My priority is to turn this around before the Democrats and Obama destroy the economy. They do not want jobs for Americans. Their priority is to transform America from a constitutional Republic into something else.

Why don't you ask Obama what he plans to transform America into?

Now, do you have a question about how a Santorum Administration will turn this country around? That's what your viewers are interested in.

The Campaigns should be able to have prepared answers to most of the questions they are likely to get. However, instead of saying, I will get back to you (which the media will portray as “I don’t know, I am an idiot” like they did to Palin, a better answer would be, “We have been looking seriously into this and will be releasing a full response/plan etc in the days ahead.”

I second that motion! Also, it wouldn’t hurt Rick to say flat out that certain questions, evolution, rape, e.g., will never come to his desk and are irrelevant to a Presidential campaign. He might also mention questions that he would like to see the Despot answer. Such as, what is this National Security Force he discussed in 2008? Might he be laying off military personnel, only to offer these trained forces jobs in this force that he envisions will be “more powerful than the U.S. military”? Bob
