Always vote for principle, though you may vote alone, and you may cherish the sweetest reflection that your vote is never lost.

I do !......:o)
Dang it! Thanks _ EdReform_!
>While that is nice to know, it has little legal bearing on the Constitution and how it is now interpreted and/or how it was meant to be interpreted by our current legislatures and courts.
Actually it should have a LOT of impact on how it is interpreted; the Declaration of Independence is the work order to the design-document of the Constitution.
Furthermore, the Declaration is Organic Law ( http://uscode.house.gov/download/pls/organiclaws.txt ) and that means that there are REAL legal implications here; there’s an interesting read here:

If you would like to be added or dropped from the Mitten ping list freepmail me
You are very welcome my FRiend. God’s best to you and yours, I appreciate all you do and someday, we’ll get back through Armadillo and have another Steak at the Big Texan.
Hopefully, in Novemebr or so we could celebrate a huge turnaround for the good in our nation!
BZ.
That’s a deal Jeff.... Looking forward to that for sure.
I'd heard of this course in Hillsdale's last edition of Imprimis. I'll definitely be "attending." And passing the word.
Thanks again, Jeff!
Thanks for the heads up!
“college level course”
Well, honestly, that’s NOT a good reference. College-level today means confused, irrational.
The better reference is that it is Hillsdale, a place that REFUDIATES Federal tit sucking.
LOL! Well, as you point out, since it is a Hillsdale college level course, it is real.
I would not bat an eye at a State run college course on the same material except perhaps to see what the enemy is progandizing about our Constitution.
But then, one look at Obama and we already know. They want to fundamentally change (read destroy) it.
You are weclome betty...and thanks for pinging A-G...Hello Alamo-Girl, God’s best to both of you and yours!
What does this Hillsdale school have to say on Article II, Section I of the Constitution?
And may God bless you and your loved ones, dear Jeff Head!
Why don’t you ask them? :)
I have a very high regard for Mark Levin, b/c he took time to help me through a professional problem I had, pro bono.
I have degrees from three *very* liberal colleges ...I *survived* in tact, b/c I have the courage of my convictions.
If any liberal philosophy sneaks into this curriculum, I plan to be smart enough to recognize it for what it is worth. :)
