A Colorado student who refused to sing a song praising Allah quit the choir this week. This morning FOX and Friends reported that James Harper quit school in Grand Junction after receiving death threats.
Harper received the death threats after the story broke this week. The school defended its decision to sing the song to Allah.

I guess he’ll have to homeschool the remainder of his senior year. God knows what this will do to his college plans.
Does anyone think the school would “defend its decision” to have the chorus sing a song in praise of the Christian G-d if there were complaints from a muslim student about being made to sing those praises?
Muslims attacked us on 9-11, and ever since then we are expected to praise Islam and tiptoe around Muslims’ sensibilities, of course with libs leading the way. I just can't believe this chain of events. Attack our country, and in doing do commandeer the status of uber-protected.
If a Muslim student had complained about Christian songs, they would have terminated the idea on the spot.

Grand Junction High School is a public high school. Why are they even singing a “religious song”, hmmm?

As a rule of thumb, if you are going to say anything in public that will get Muslims angry with you in particular, that is fine, but you have to expect that they will behave in an aggressive and possibly violent manner to you.
So take appropriate measures to defend yourself. This includes talking to the police to let them know the situation and ask their advice. And you can even ask your telephone provider to keep a listing of numbers used to call your phone.

Probably nothing if they handle it properly. Homeschooling does not make it harder to get into college. My son was accepted to all 3 universities he applied for.
