The resistance has been broken. Wasn't going to post unless absolutely necessary, but a couple of these craigslist ads have got the Mr. Language Person part of me in a tizzy.

That’s just the sugested price. You have some rom to gotiate. FWIW I’ve got a friend who buys a lot of stuf in Craigslist and you don’t have to acept the sellers price or so he tells me. You don’t want to low-bal him, though. I think if you started at sixty cents you could get it for around eighty sense. I’ve listened to some tapes on gotiating and that sounds about rite. Does that make cents to u?

Having dealt with the Spanish language for 30+ years, I know exactly WHY these phonetic glitches are occurring, but it is still funny to me.
