Only a Romneybot would be attacking Santorum like this today.

I don't think that's ENTIRELY true. People get passionate about their guy and can get carried away, especially when they see the other camps pushing the envelope, too.

The Romneybots have been using that for cover since Jim's endorsement. Watch how enthusiastically this one supports Newt when he actually threatens Romney in an upcoming primary.

That's a very thoughtful approach. I like objective metrics. ;o)

I accused a Romneybot of being a Romneybot. And I showed exactly why he was a Romneybot. It was a pretty basic connection of the available dots.

BTW, when is it safe for you to start bashing Romney? You’re on every Santorum thread, every day, saying the exact same things. Yet you don’t seem to have it in you to say anything negative about Mitt (Bishop Romney, if you will).

Maybe you’re Ron Paul.

It’s a good thing I don’t have feelings to be hurt.

I don't want to hurt your feelings. I'd like to improve your credibility.

Your posting history makes you look like "idiotic caricature" is all you have to offer.

After this by Saint Rick:

I’m honestly not going to take YOU seriously or any of the Santorum supporters when they start whining about me bashing their candidate.

You give it you receive it, that’s the way it goes.

True, but this particular poster is a quota-filling, volume-posting machine. And it's all about Santorum. Look at his history. It's the stuff restraining orders are made of.

"If the enemy is an ass and a fool and a prating coxcomb, is it meet, think you, that we should also, look you, be an ass and a fool and a prating coxcomb?"

In your conscience now! ;o)

I think you may have me confused with a Santorum supporter. I've pinged a couple of guys who might find that amusing.

I get what you are saying but if you search back through his posts, it appears he is Newtonite.

If I’m wrong I’d be happy to call for ZOT but I am not convinced.

Still don’t like how he describes Rick but then again I don’t have anything nice to say about Mutt.

Connecting dots, reading minds. Same thing for you guys.

I had another Santorum guy pulling stuff up I had written weeks ago. Tell me about restraining order. I made one little post on Saint Rick and I’ve got the inquisition after me. The sad part is, this happens even in threads where people attempt to debate actual ideas or go over records.

"Santorum is surging!" "It's a one man race!" "The Primary is over!"

I saw all of those claims in the last week from his supporters.

So Romney is back on top and will obviously get a bounce from Arizona. Is it Paul's turn yet? /s

If Mitt pulls out Michigan as it appears he might, Santorum might be sorry he decided there'd be no debate before Super Tuesday after all.

If Santorum does lose Michigan after putting so much investment in his essentially one-on-one effort, what happens next?

I can expect the Santorum squads will continue to bash Newt and run from the senator's record. Tens of thousands will go to the polls with false hopes and misleading "facts."

It's such an important election and this is the primary we got. It's a scandal and will surely delight and bemuse historians.

And where is Santorum’s support going? Gingrich’s numbers have dropped, but still large enough to steal votes from Santorum and swing the election to Romney

If not Rick, it will be Mitt.

Also, thanks for the new tagline. IF you’re allowed to have yours, then it shouldn’t be a problem with mine, since mine now is more accurate based on the circumstances.

And where is Santorum’s support going?

If Florida is any indication, they are probably just staying home. That appears to be the primary effect of negative ads... supporters don't necessarily "shift" to another candidate.

Newt and Rick are in a cease fire right now because they both need Mitt to take a major hit tomorrow. Only a Romneybot would be attacking Santorum like this today.

Bingo!

Btw, Rombot Apollo has been zotted, it appears.

All right but WHO choose the debates’ moderators !

Why “Republicans” can’t choose themselves better moderators ??

“If Santorum does lose Michigan after putting so much investment in his essentially one-on-one effort....”

1. Rick has put in about 1/10 the investment of Willard’s in Willard’s own home state which he won by about 10 points in 2008. Plus Rick has been campaigning the heck out of Ohio and down South the past 10 days. And some in Michigan to piss Willard off.

2. Willard took home a lion’s share of delegates in Michigan last time over McCain & Huck. BUT Rick is almost guaranteed to win the majority of them on Tuesday.

3. Oops, I forgot my last point. Oh yeah, it’s so flippin’ sweeeeeeeeet watchin’ Willard have to defend the state he spent his first 20 years in, bought and paid for the Establishment’s entire org, and where his dad governed.

Romney from the start knew the path to victory is divided opposition.

You're right that the primaries are conducted state by state. But sometimes a national poll
or the candidate's overall national polling numbers can influence the vote in the states. It's
especially true if the numbers get spun by the mainly slime media just the way they want it.

If the polls are conducted by left wing organizations, it's questionable whether they are
accurate anyway.
