A week ago today Sheriff Joe Arpaio held a press conference to report the preliminary findings of the Cold Case Posse. Mike Zullo, commander of the posse, reported that they had found probable cause for fraud and forgery of Obama's long-form birth certificate and draft registration, and that the posse was recommending a full criminal investigation. Sheriff Arpaio said the investigation would continue but that he would have to decide who, if anybody, to refer the case to for additional follow-up.
Those who perpetrated the forgeries and fraud defrauded the people of Maricopa County, Arizona. Arpaio has jurisdiction to investigate and prosecute that crime, but his ability to get warrants, require depositions, and issue inviolate subpoenas for official records is limited. And he would not have the ability to prosecute for FEDERAL crimes committed.
This means that Arpaio can only nicely ask the HDOH for the original records that will tell us what really happened. We know what Hawaii does with nice requests. The law doesn't REQUIRE one state to honor another state's subpoenas. The states generally work together on law enforcement, but Hawaii's government is in a class all its own. On the issue of FRAUD, the HDOH are implicated in the fraud itself, since they themselves acted as if what was online was genuine. So the State of Hawaii has its own potential criminality to cover up. They will not cooperate with Sheriff Joe or any investigation unless they can legally be FORCED to cooperate.
If we are going to have any semblance of the rule of law we need a federal investigation.
It can't be a DOJ investigation. As we've seen through Fast & Furious, the DOJ folks under AG Eric Holder are just as crooked as the criminals - perjuring themselves and refusing subpoenas regarding their own potential crimes of obstructing justice for Brian Terry, committing acts of war against Mexico by deliberately arming drug cartels with untrackable weapons, and other potential crimes.
We need Congress to initiate hearings and eventually appoint a special independent prosecutor to investigate and prosecute the federal crimes that the Cold Case Posse has uncovered, as well as many other crimes perpetrated to cover up Obama's documentation problem.
That is only going to happen if we literally BURY all our Congress-critters with DEMANDS for an investigation. Each of us should call our Senators, Representative, and the Oversight Committee - Darryl Issa's Office (ask specifically for Issa's office) at 202-225-5051.
The more people we can ping, e-mail, tweet, etc to get them to demand the simple rule of law - that known SERIOUS federal crimes be investigated and prosecuted - the more likely that our government will realize the people are awake and are not going to give up this country without a fight.
If we don't give them that message now, loudly and clearly, then we have no room to complain when even the appearance of the rule of law is abandoned for utter chaos. At this point the courts are so compromised they are a vain hope. Here's a sample of what you might want to say:
After seeing the press conference that Sheriff Joe Arpaio held in Maricopa County -- it became obvious that a crime has been committed. Not only is the birth certificate fraudulently manufactured... but it was clear by Sheriff Joe's findings that the Selective Service card was fraudulently forged and manufactured. This is no longer about the minutia of the birth certificate any more. If the Selective Service card is a fraudulent produced document then by law -- it is illegal for Obama to hold ANY public office position... not even allowed to be Senator. There needs to be a congressional hearing held on this. When will that happen?
Please take a moment now to call your Senators and Representative (you can search for their phone number at http://www.congress.org/congressorg/directory/congdir.tt ), as well as the Oversight Committee at 202-225-5051 (remember to ask specifically for Issa). And then ping, e-mail, and tweet as many people as you can, asking them to do the same.

Having a look around that site, it's amazing to me that a Freeper would knowingly drive traffic there. We do have freedom of the Press in the United States. Nobody was stopping you from making your own news site or blog and posting it there, or posting on any of the many birther/conspiracy sites.

What we have is an illegal Administration, a FRiendly US House, a bottlenecked Senate, and a Liberal Nine Supremes. Ultimately, all of this will go to the US Supreme Court, but at a snail’s pace.
Perhaps an injunction could be issued by one of THE NINE SUPREMES in a manner similar to what they sometimes do for a stay of execution for a death-row criminal. This would attract public attention, inflame the Liberals, and prod the RINOs to investigate with speed.
The best fast case is that Arpaio’s smoking guns will inflame the House committees, shame the MSM into covering the hearings, and cause the Obamamites to abandon Obama before our Tampa Convention.
Another fast track would be for our hapless Republican Candidates to demand certification of The Obamanator, but none, so far, have shown that they have the required spine to do so.
Perhaps it would be fruitful to bombard our 4 Candidates on this also.

I am all for your suggestion. As a parallel course, Sheriff Arpaio needs a law enforcement angle he can actually pursue and control, that does not involve Obama directly. The following idea seems pathetic, but no less likely than Congressional Lions suddenly finding courage:
Maricopa County residents who bought the Obama “Birth Certificate” mugs need to file fraud complaints against the Seller, not Obama, for inducing purchases through false representation that the birth certificate data on the mug is legitimate; the Cold Case Posse has already concluded that the source was a forgery. The Seller cannot establish that the Mug Cert Data, so the Sheriff would need to see the original birth certificate(s) and microfilm to establish the facts. Isn’t this a law enforcement reason for production of birth documents per exceptions in Hawaii privacy laws?

I will do what I can, but I have little expectation of any action as long as Obama is in office. My hope would be that he would be escorted out of the WH directly into a jail cell for the rest of his life. However, we’ve been burned so many times that I do not believe it will happen until after he leaves office.
Of note, I had a Black co-worker tell me last night that even if she saw a video of Obama admitting that he was a Communist, she would still vote for him because “tapes can be altered and they just want to go after a Black man. Instead of trying to help him, everybody just wants to get rid of him.” What can you do when you’re dealing with that kind of mentality? My response, “you’re too stupid to be my friend, I am done with you.”
I think the Republican side of the government is in great fear of Black riots and so are caving on everything in the hopes that they can just ride out this administration. I don’t know that we can expect any help as long as Obama is in office. I hope, but I don’t expect, not anymore.
My feeling is that we need to go ahead and let them riot all over the country. Let the world see how they behave. Let them expose their racism, just like my co-worker did last night. It may be our only salvation. Let the riot, let them destroy and do not “fix” things for them afterwards. This is a lesson that our country needs to learn. We have created generations of people dependent on the government, sooner or later, we will have to cut the cord. Things cannot continue as they are if we hope to survive as a nation.

A link and a reference to Canada Free Press’ expose of the threats against the media was removed from one of the threads on Free Republic within the last 2 days. I mentioned the CFP report, and somebody provided a link. It was there for a few hours and then **poof** it was gone.
We have spoke, spoke, spoke, and spoke ad infinitum. Apuzzo,
Kerchner, Donofrio, Taitz, Arpaio, Daniels, Booth, Haskins, Berg, etc. have all fallen buy the wayside. We need to wake up to the fact NO ONE who can effect any sort of change is listening; we need to regroup and pool our resources to ensure “we won’t be fooled again.”
I absolutely hate having such a defeatist attitude, but I have come to the realization we are at a dead end. If the Cold Case Posse report does not change anyone’s mind, then nothing will.

As I was replying to an e-mail from Mike Zullo about this issue all of a sudden the provider said that his address failed. I tried a couple more times. Failed again. Sent my e-mail to somebody else to have them forward it to him, which they were able to do. Tried e-mailing him later and the address still failed. There obviously wasn’t an issue with either my provider or his being down, mailboxes too full, etc. Somebody didn’t want me talking to him about this issue. Last time I had something like that happen my computer professor friend said it sounded like it could be Homeland Security telling the ISP they had to block a communication. I’m a techno idiot so I don’t know, but that’s one of several different things that have happened to me when I’ve communicated regarding Soros’ threats.
When I posted my theory about Soros making the run on the bank in Sept 2008 and threatening the media, judges, etc with another run on the bank my computer went totally dead. We had to wipe the hard drive and totally start over.
Around the same time, Soros petitioned the people in Europe who had charged him with illegal manipulation of the markets, asking them to look at his appeal and officially drop the charges that had been in limbo for years.
Hard to know what’s coincidence and what’s not but when Mike’s address failed just as I was giving him more information about the timeline surrounding the Soros threats, it made me think the Soros thugs have their eyes even on this little peon.
MOst people probably don’t even know about the posse’s report, because the media has done what we suspected they would do: either ignore or ridicule it. But they can’t hold this information at bay forever without hitting the kill switch on the internet. Maybe we’re close to that now; I don’t know. And maybe the public is so demoralized that they would accept this coup; I don’t know that either. If they are, then this country is dead and there is no way to revive it.
My hope is that it’s not dead yet. We’ll know better when people who have been ignoring the issue have actually heard the facts. If that’s not enough for them then the nation is basically flat line, unresponsive.
Keep in mind that for the first month of the investigation Mike Zullo thought there was nothing to what we’ve been saying for so long. He’s representative of most people who have been ignoring this. But with the facts staring him in the eyeballs he had to accept the truth.
For some that won’t be enough. Yuri Bezmenov has said that when somebody is thoroughly demoralized they can’t see what’s in front of them no matter what facts and evidence are presented. They only wake up when the boot hits their own butt. Maybe we need to hope that Obama jumps the gun and starts booting butts before he has his full coup accomplished.
I’m done. You of all people know how much effort I and others have put into this. I no longer care that no one knows about the CCP report; it obviously does not matter. Barry 50+ and counting, Doubters 0, in triple overtime. You all can beat your head against the wall, no one who can bring an end to the this madness gives one whit if you do.
I am officially a retired birther at least until I see some significant shift that is worth getting behind. I am tired of being let down time, after time, after time. Call me a quitter if you want but you those of you who are wise enough, know in your heart this endeavor is an exercise in futility.

Did threats silence Media on Obama probe?
I had made a comment earlier on the thread about “Isn’t this the same thing that happened in 2008?” Somebody replied with a link to a CFP commentary. It was a good one about when members of the MSM were threatened if they were to cover the story about Obama’s missing records, etc. A half hour later it was GONE. See #12.
I actually remember that but hadn’t noticed that the comment was deleted. I just Freepmailed Jim to ask why it was deleted.
