You must have missed the live threads from 3/1. Since you did, I don’t think I can respond to you in a paragraph or less.
Suffice it to say, this story was breaking and developing, and the Mods stuffed each and every attempt to make news into the chat forum. It was a disgusting display of sucking up to the liberals in media. FR has lost the luster.
The cowering of the Mods made me puke. It was a big story... and it was reduced at every opportunity to the level of talking about cats. I love my cats, but this was NEWS, and was shoved down at every turn by the mods. And Jim must have approved.
It took Pravda to make it respectable in the eyes of FR’s mods. What does that tell you?

Damn, and my old butt thought we were all on the same page about fighting against hussein and his marxist administration in any legal way available to us. Well, you see, people who doubt that Obama has a valid birth certificate are now in the same category as people who doubt the moon landing in 1969. You know, kooks. A fully legitimate Law Enforcement Official, a duly (five times!) elected Sheriff, has determined the document produced last year is a forgery.
But, since the MSM has made this a laughingstock, FR has made it a policy to share in the laughter. Any serious attempts to bring the truth to light are now ridiculed, in Alanski style. FR is in Huffington Post territory, and is suddenly having trouble getting the quarterly donations.

Again, what is your reason for this alleged ‘turn’ by FR? What would be gained? I know there are a lot of FReepers who do think of us a kooks and nuts for wanting to follow up on the phony birth cert. and hussein’s place of birth, (and the birth fathers status), which I don’t quite understand ‘cause ANYTHING we can bring and add to the stack of crap that there is out there on Zero the better. Anyway, I think I need a drink and try to figure all of this out. You have my head swimming.

I wish I were wrong, but I am not. This was a really sad event in FR history. The day the Mods decided most FReepers are kooks.
Unfortunately CL isn’t wrong. Threads were posted about the announcement of Obama’s fraudulent long form birth certificate and put into the Breaking News (News/Activism) SideBar. They were promptly removed. Then, I believe it was after the third attempt when the Breaking News SideBar heading was removed leaving Front Page News (News/Activism) in its place.
These days we have wait until the biased MSM decides to post something, anything about the fight to bring individual liberty back to the people before we are allowed to consider it as front page news on this website.
Maybe someday the bloggers will be recognized by the moderators as the one and only truthful source of news across America.
The mods for the most part always have a reason for removal of a thread. Did they in these instances?
