That's In-admissable.....in Court, you are not allowed to disclose that a Defendant is a 12-time loser, and finally got his due, since it will "prejudice" the Jury.
The two most depressing things in a Trial are 1)allowing a Plea Bargain down to a trifle offense, to save "Court Time and Taxpayer Money", or 2) The criminal history of a Defendant cannot be disclosed, as it would adversely prejudice the Jury.
One day soon, we're gonna see people start lynching perps on the spot, and it's probably not too distant in the future.
In fact, with CCW, I really believe that many repeat offenders are being removed, permanently, in self-defense.
The guy in Florida stalks the teen walking through the neighborhood before he shoots and kills him. No charges...so far and probably won’t be. The homeowner shoots a perceived while he’s in his own house and the DA is deciding whether to press charges. Doesn’t Nevada have a Castle Doctrine like the other states? Something isn’t right in this story.
This reminds me of the movie Airplane. Considering the shooting of Trayvon Martin in Florida, it looks like this guy picked the wrong day to kill an intruder in his back yard.
The DA’s playing it safe with not commenting one way or the other. Considering this was yesterday, I suspect the investigation is ongoing.
Las Vegas cops shoot a man with CCP in a Costco parking lot = legal shoot.
Las Vegas man shoots perp in his own yard = homicide.

This guy would have been arrested on the spot if he lived in Connecticut. A homeowner is still expected to retreat and hide inside his own house when an intruder breaks in. Some people think an intruder might leave them alone if they talk nice to him and offer him milk and cookies.
