Federal agencies are out of control. The grant of virtually unlimited power with no accountability has gone to the heads of some unelected bureaucrats, and nowhere is that more true than at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Even the Supreme Court has had enough. All nine justices agreed Wednesday that the agency has finally gone too far.
EPA has long been the darling of big governments fans. They imagine bad, corporate fat cats are itching to dump toxic waste into pristine rivers and other navigable waterways, only to be thwarted by the noble public servants enforcing the Clean Water Act. The reality couldnt be more different.

Remember the cry of the patriots: No taxation without representation ? Now it should be :NO REGULATION WITHOUT LEGISLATION!” Laws should be enacted by elected lawmakers, not unelected bureaucrats.
The Sacketts may have prevailed in their expensive, five-year fight, but thousands more businesses and individuals have taken the safer road of compliance with irrational demands at a tremendous cost to our economy.
The result of that is the government has also created enemies of the state. It’s in the same category as what happens when one of our troops murders a few families in Afghanistan. There are political consequences.
And if the EPA, Family Court, et-al do enough of this, there will be a tangible impact.
Rick Perry was right, even if inadvertently. The EPA deserves the ax.
Petty bureaucrats are all too glad to do the dirty work Congress is at once too afraid and too lazy to undertake. Our elected misrepresentatives in Congress believe they have twoand only tworesponsibilities: 1.) to be reelected again and again, and 2.) to line their pockets and wield as much individual political power as possible. Everything else is irrelevant to them.
If our elected misrepresentatives passed laws to create the policies we've been seeing the past few years, they'd soon be our former elected misrepresentatives. Handing off legislative responsibility to bureaucrats keeps them from being held accountable. Bureaucrats can safely hide behind legal unaccountability, civil service regulations that prevent them from ever being dismissed, and of course, the endlessly enlarged flow of "free" tax dollars. In all this, neither elected misrepresentatives nor bureaucrats need be concerned what we, the people might think.
Ultimately, we, the people have ended up with the irresponsible, corrupt government we're willing to tolerate. We have no one to blame but ourselves. The woman whose husband beats her black and blue the first time is a victim; by the 73rd time violence erupts, however, we have to figure the couple deserves each other.
Everyone should read “Battle Hymn....the sinister New World Order”, by Dane Phillips and John Scouris (spelling?).
It will give you a much more clear vision of what is and has been going on behind the scenes for centuries.
One method being used to grab land is the the import of Canadian Gray Wolves, putting them on the endangered species list (which they definitely are not...ask any Canadian!) and releasing breeding pairs with satellite collars into the rural areas of America. Farmers and ranchers lose their livestock and pets to them. Gestation for a canine is two months, so how many gray wolves (averaging 100 pounds larger than our Timber wolves) are now risking the incomes if our farmers and ranchers?
This, overseen by the Fish and Game Dept., is another land grab. The wealthy establishment comes in to pay pennies on the dollar to buy up precious rural land and gain control over the food supply!
i
No matter what harm they cause, if anyone harms or kills one of these wolves they are imprisoned and must pay an enormous fine. You are not compensated for your losses.
This is now America!
Wolves found in our area are consistently treated to high speed lead injections and then hung on a fence for the crows. Wood chippers do a nice job on them, too.
