The Justice Department may bring a hate crime charge against the man who shot and killed black teenager Trayvon Martin if more evidence surfaces indicating the shooter action's were motivated by racial bias, legal experts and former prosecutors say...

"It sounds pretty obvious to me," said Donald Tibbs, a Drexel University law professor who has closely studied race, civil rights and criminal procedure. "If that was a racial epithet that preceded the attack on Trayvon Martin, we definitely have a hate crime."

They are gonna find a way to burn this guy. Especially if they can engineer it so that things reach a fever pitch around 4 Nov.

But when blacks attack whites in unprovoked attacks, even though they are screaming racial slurs, the local cops and “liberals” say it is not a hate crime.

It happened in Portland, Oregon and Philadelphia recently.

14 year old white girl brutally beaten by black thugs caught on video. News broadcasters explain why it was NOT a hate crime about about 2:12 minutes into the video even though the black thugs were shouting racial slurs at their white victim

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y-TJPh26ONA&feature=player_embedded

Obviously that is not the same standard the Feds use if whites use racial slurs attacking blacks:

http://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/2012/January/12-crt-072.html

Same denial of the civil rights of white victims of racist attacks in Philly as in Portland:

“College senior Brian Goldman and his cab driver were allegedly assaulted by three juveniles last Saturday. The three teens will not be charged with a hate crime, according to the Philadelphia District Attorney’s office.

The three black teens allegedly shouted racial slurs when they punched Goldman and his cab driver at 15th and Chestnut streets around 8:30 p.m.

However, there was no evidence that the race of the victims was a factor in the assault, according to the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office.

“I fully support the DA’s decision, 100 percent,” Goldman, a Daily Pennsylvanian columnist, said.”

“In order to have hate crime, you must first have a crime.”

A crime, like the New Black Panther’s intimidation of white voters in Philly during the 2008 election?

By tossing that case, Eric Holder has endorsed state sponsored racism like the negro nazi that he is.

Whatever happened to the presumption of innocence?

The Sharptons of the world believe that all whites are guilty of racism. Except, of course, the ones who donate to their organizations.

Probably didn't know he was a Latino or whatever before they planned the whole thing out.

They just heard the name, and that he was white, then they started planning around it. When they found out, it was too late to stop, everything was in the works.

Agreed. In Jimmy Buffett’s song, Margaritaville, I am still wondering why he had to cruise on back home after stepping on a Pop Tart.

Although there must be some agenda, I cannot for the life of me figure out why the Dems would want to incite an African American/Peruvian American conflict.

Actually, if Zimmerman's lawyer was smart he would get the guy's mom out there speaking in a heavily accented voice claiming her son was being unfairly attacked because he's hispanic. This whole thing wouold drop like a hot potato.

The beauty of that quote is that Sharpton perfectly characterizes himself.

No that the AP would notice.

Also, Eric, “My People” Holder, Obama’s
black Attorney General has explicitly stated that white Americans, unless they are homosexual, are NOT PROTECTED by federal hate crime laws.He said this before the Senate Judiciary Committee on June 29,2009:

“Under questioning, Attorney Gen. Holder was surprisingly forthright in admitting that the hate bill is not intended to protect everyone, or even the majority. He said only historically oppressed minorities were to benefit. This means Jews, blacks, homosexuals, women, etc. Holder made it clear that if a white Christian male, including a serviceman or police officer, was the victim of a violent hate crime by any minority he would have to find redress from traditional law. He could not avail himself of the triple penalties and rapid government/justice system response given a protected minority.”

“Holder made it plain that he is seeking legal privileges for certain groups based on what he told Senator Sessions was

“the unfortunate history of our nation”.

Film can indeed tell more than the printed word. Anyone who reviews the comments and deliveries by Democratic Senators Feinstein(CA), Cardin (MD)and Schumer (NY)(c. 53 minutes, 79 minutes and 89 minutes) cannot doubt that, for them, this legislation is a stepping stone to criminalizing political opinion.

Feinstein actually cited the immigration debate as necessitating passing the Bill!”

http://www.vdare.com/posts/a-g-holder-no-hate-crime-protection-for-white-christians-or-servicemen

Why Republicans dont use Holders racist double standard to hammer Obama in this election year is beyond me. If they did and stuck to their guns, it would be a win/win situation. That blacks are violently attacking whites all the time is well known by a lot of whites despite the media blackout. This dam of well founded anger by whites could break with a national campaign by the Rs pointing out the injustice of Holders racist double standard while highlighting suppressed news stories of violent black on white attacks that should be punished by the hate crime laws.

But Holder was right about one thing, although for reasons opposite of what he meant. We truly are a “Nation of Cowards” when it comes to race

This is all political theater. Zimmerman is of mixed heritage and looks like Hugo Chavez’s kid brother. His German or Jewish ancestry is not clearly evident in his appearance, except perhaps in a lighter skin tone than the Hispanic average. But for the purpose of this farce, this mixed heritage man has become an evil redneck white cracker, as if he were some Scots-Irish hillbilly from an Appalachian holler.

"They say it is at the 2:21 of the call Zimmerman made. He says f***ing ????? ...I have tried and tried and I can’t make it out."

I have done the same, and reach the same conclusion as you. the ????? sounds to me something like "??nodes". I can't think of any words that end with that sound. Maybe a gang name?

"I am still wondering why he had to cruise on back home after stepping on a Pop Tart."

It was a pop top. For those of you too young to remember, early aluminum soda cans (pop cans to us mid-west Yankees) had a pear shaped aluminum piece in the top of the can that tore out with the ring when you opened it. People would discard these "pop-tops" in the beach sand. The sharp aluminum edge could cut your feet.

In 1980, when the Iranian Hostage Crisis was running for 444 days under Jimmy Carter's inept rule, I had to do my annual Naval Reserve training duty. On 1 April 1980 there was a sign posted on the training office that said, “no more travel or per diem money until further notice”. {Reason: the six carrier battle groups in the area were burning the NR budget at the rate of $1 million per day. Ergo, no travel (mileage) or per diem for meals and quarters.]

Since our training was done in Norfolk, VA and I lived in IL, I wasn't about to pay my way down and back plus live in a motel off base on my nickel for two weeks. I canceled the orders and got new orders to the NavResCen, Chicago (Randolph Street on the Lake). As luck would have it, a friend of mine arranged so I could camp out in his office at 106th Street and commute to work (going home on the weekend).

It was a very easy daily commute up the Outer Drive to the NavResCen. The thing that struck me: you could absolutely tell where one ethnic neighborhood ended and another began.

My buddy's office was in a working class Slovak neighborhood tending Hispanic. They had little crime because the Blacks were scared to death of the Hispanics. The Hispanics loathed Blacks as shiftless and worthless parasites. As long as the Blacks kept their crime and violence in their neighborhoods, everything was cool. Cross the street into “our” neighborhood meant you'd better get your business done and get out. No funny stuff our you'd be in very SERIOUS trouble — as in not getting out alive.

Political theater is exactly what it is.

And as usual, entering stage left under a giant spotlight, is Obama.

"I cannot for the life of me figure out why the Dems would want to incite an African American/Peruvian American conflict."

CNN, in all its PC wisdom solved this conflict by caling Zimmerman a "white hispanic". This goes along with their inventive wording that allowed them do describe a black from Belgium as an "African-American Belgian".

http://gossiponthis.com/2012/03/20/911-calls-released-trayvon-martin-shooting-death/

What they are talking about comes approx at -1.48 in the call.

It comes soon after Z guy tells 911 that T is running. He says it under his breath.

It took a couple times until I heard it.

Click on the 1st call in the order.

Bring in the clowns!

And they came in droves.

From the den of AKA (A Academentia Known As) Duke University comes a clown in academic gown, squawking “ “If that was a racial epithet that preceded the attack on Trayvon Martin, we definitely have a hate crime.”

This is a true pro at the low art of academic clowning. His humor is based on the irony of the Duke 88, and the many examples of mAss media ignoring egregiously racist cries uttered by black urban ferals while attacking whites.

Perfesser LegalBoy once again demonstrates why America despises its lawyers.

"If that was a racial epithet that preceded the attack on Trayvon Martin, we definitely have a hate crime."

Yeah, thought crime...got it. I'm sure GZ's black friends will be glad to know he hates them because of their skin color.

One small problem...there was no attack on Trayvon Martin.

Trayvon Martin was too busy doing the attacking to be attacked and apparently GZ was too busy first talking with the 911 operator and then too busy screaming for help to attack Trayvon.

Great open minded theory, though! So HAPPY to know you're teaching our children!

No doubt their lives and their ability to make a living are enriched and enhanced by you and your teaching.

Alumni be proud and keep those donations coming!

“In order to have hate crime, you must first have a crime.”

Remember when the LAPD officers accused of beating Rodney King were found not guilty by a jury of their peers? No crime was committed, but that didn’t stop the feds from trying them (double jeopardy) for the same actions as a hate crime.
