Basically the Hutaree members were acquitted from all but the weapons charges. According to the judge, many things the defendants said were quite offensive. "But so what?" the judge said.
I’ve never heard of them or the whole incident. But then, I live in farm country.

It was pretty scary for some of us. Especially here in MI.
I think it’s Meeks that lives less than a mile from me. Lots of black SUVs around here for a few days.
I sympathize with you and your dear daughters, m’am. I just don’t remember the whole sad thing. I should, but I don’t. I’ll do some research on it to find out, so I’m more informed.
I don't know if their website is still up but they were definitely full of themselves, especially in the ranks they made up for themselves.....those were laughable.

Looks like Stone and his sons are all being charged with possession of the same “machine gun”.
The govt. guy was so deeply entrenched with that group that he was actually the best man at one of their weddings and a God father of one of the babies.......talk about a scum bag.
Have they been incarcerated this whole time? I followed the case at the start, knew the charges were bogus, and thought denying bail was heavy-handed.
Here in Indiana, people were concerned as well.
The real shocker is the fact that this judge is a black female Clinton appointee. She originally wanted to throw the whole case out but federal prosecutors managed to block her.
After the railroading that others have gotten on just such BS testing procedures... I wouldn't put it past the ATF to have "manufactured" something out of nothing.
I already have been, HA. They’ve destroyed my successful 22yr old Family Business with huge new taxes, the massive and onerous/burdensome EPA and Ag Dept rules/regs, inspections, rulings, fees, permits, inspections etc etc etc, along with thousands of other American Family Farming operations. I’ve more than had “my fill” of the govt interference and meddling. Fortunately, I’ve not come into contact with the DoINJ.
I find black females to be strangely mercurial...you diss them and forget it you are screwed...but if one is polite and respectful while laying down the facts in a neat orderly way, liberal or conservative they’ll go with the truth!
