And we’re still supposed to believe we aren’t footing the bill for him and all his friends to vacation around the world or that we’re not paying for Moochelle’s wardrobe. Every time he writes a check, a good portion of it is sliding over to his personal bank account. He knows his way around a kickback just like he did when he was a young unknown junior senator who just happened to be getting the biggest kickbacks of all congresscritters from FannyMac.
Sure, and he just scribbled the whole thing out one night before turning out the light. This thing has been in the works for years. We know Hillary was pushing it back during her admin, so who else was in on it?

Your Plan B is as good as any reasoned guess (except for, perhaps, one or two caveats).
Finally, The Obama Adm was the one who pushed the timing of this case to SCOTUS. Mark Levin verified this. They could have easily delayed til closer to or after the election, so that no decision was issued until after the election.
I found that move very suspicious from the beginning. We may know more about their intentions by who of their appointed minions (including the MSM) says what and when. Already, the issuing of designated talking points and focus-group trial balloons has commenced to determine what “pig” will fly.

President Obama preemptively slammed the Supreme Court as a bunch of "unelected group of people" who will have turned to "judicial activism or a lack of judicial restraint" if they decide to strike down his signature legislative achievement, the healthcare reform act.
Obama was speaking at a trilateral event with the Prime Minister of Canada and President of Mexico.
