$105million is all MINE:McDonald’s worker scoops Mega Millions jackpot, but refuses to share it...

Employees at a McDonald’s in Maryland are outraged at a co-worker who claims she won $105million in Mega Millions which she is not planning on sharing - despite the fact they had pooled their money for tickets.

Workers at the fast food outlet bought a number of tickets together for the biggest lottery in world history but Wilson claims she separately bought one of the three tickets nationwide that will split a record $656 million payout.

'We had a group plan, but I went and played by myself. [The ‘winning’ ticket] wasn’t on the group plan,' Wilson told The New York Post.

The group’s tickets —along with a list of those who contributed to the pool — were left in an office safe at the fast food outlet..

Then, late Friday, before the night’s drawing, the owner of the McDonald’s, gave Wilson $5 to buy more tickets for the pool on her way home from work, and she went back to the 7-Eleven and bought them.

Wilson took those tickets home with her.

According to the Post, when she found out she had the winning ticket, she called coworkers and told them she - rather than they - had won.

'I won! I won!' she told a colleague.

'She said, "Turn on the news". She said she had won.

A man identifying himself as (Allen), the boyfriend of a McDonald’s manager named Layla, then went to Wilson's home to question her about the winning ticket. Though she first refused to come out, they banged on her door for 20 minutes until she finally relented.

'These people are going to kill you. It’s not worth your life!' Allen said he told her.

'All right! All right! I’ll share, but I can’t find the ticket right now,' she said, according to Allen.

“Mirlande Wilson” a “Haitian immigrant” has a winning ticket.

“Layla” is her MickeyDees manager.

They live in Maryland.

Three guesses as to the race and subculture of this ‘winner.’

I know, I know ... I am “profiling.”

There is case law on this. Unless they had a written contract to share that particular ticket, or all tickets, she gets to keep it all for herself.

When this goes to court, she’ll lose just like that jerk in New Jersey last month.

***’We had a group plan, but I went and played by myself.***

Interesting. I’ve heard that before about big winners. They seem to always buy the winning ticket separate from the group buy.

Group pools money. Sends Joe to the store to buy ten tickets.

Joe buys 11 tickets. Joe wins, then claims the “extra” ticket was not part of the group’s buy.

It’s like dealing with retarded adults ...

Wanna play the lottery and pool money at work? No problem. Pool the money, buy the tickets, lay your tickets on the copy-machine, and everyone in the pool gets a copy of the tickets that were purchased. No questions, no accusations - no hassles.

Wanna buy more, on your own? No problem. Your tickets aren’t on the photo-copy. Everyone knows what the pool tickets are. Safe, secure, no muss, no fuss.

That’s how it works.:)

In my local lottery, all people who are part of the group play are supposed to sign off on it before the ticket fan be redeemed.

Or everybody signs the ticket that is part of the group play.

That's not how it went down in a NJ court two weeks ago.

For what it's worth..........

Town of Red Bud buzzes over who won Mega Millions

The woman refused to show the alleged winning ticket, saying she would present it to lottery officials Monday. But a clerk at the 7-Eleven where Wilson bought tickets said lottery officials who reviewed the store’s video believe a man bought the winning ticket, the Post reported.

If the McDonald’s manager gave her $5 and told her to buy more tickets, I’d say the manager has a legitimate beef but not the others.

This woman has 7 kids. I’d bet there’s a least one man out there who’s still legally married to her.

I knew a woman who won the lottery. Seven years earlier her husband had filed for a divorce but she wouldn’t sign the papers. It went into limbo and they were still legally married all this time. He wanted his half. She refused to cash the ticket until they could finalize the divorce. The court had the head of the lottery commission testify that it was a “win” as soon as the sixth number was drawn. The court then ordered her to cash the ticket and give her “husband” his half.

Even more funny, her boyfriend tried to claim he gave her the dollar she used to buy the ticket. The court refused to hear his case.

Double & triple check about the signing of the ticket...or making ANY marks on tickets!!! Could void ticket!
