Tula, Okla. – Two arrests have been made in the North Tulsa shootings that left three African-American men dead, FOX23 reports.
The Tulsa Police Department sent out a press release early Sunday stating that two males had been apprehended.
"Within 24 hours of its formation, the task force "Operation Random Shooter" has completed its mission. At 1:47am, officers apprehended suspects of the North Tulsa shootings that occurred on Good Friday.
Jake England, 19 year old white male, and Alvin Watts, 32 year old white male, have been arrested and will be charged with 3 counts of murder and 2 counts of shooting with intent to kill.

Also, I wonder if the two men are related because it’s always odd to me when there’s such a disparity in age. A 19 year old and a 32 year old hanging around together?
Good sleuthing. Those comments are disturbing. But, of course, these people might not be the ones arrested, and the ones arrested are only suspects.

England says on his Facebook page that his father was shot and killed by a black man two years ago. And there is a death of a woman that is the mother of his son only two months ago. Didn’t say how she died...
Don’t know if the press will even mention it.
However, random killing of innocent people is so wrong regardless of the motive. England must pay with his life if guilty.

It's a been a small scale guerrilla war for now. The shootings in Tulsa show that the whites have begun to engage.
Look out this summer. A hot summer, high gas and food prices, possible government shutdown over the debt ceiling, war in the mid east, financial meltdown in Europe. Throw in a presidential campaign where the incumbent seems perfectly comfortable orchestrating a racial Götterdämmerung. They'll be lucky to keep the trucks rolling and the interstates open.

The police identified the arrested men as Jake England, 19, and Alvin Watts, 32. They were taken into custody from a home in Tulsa. Police now believe that both England and Watts were in the truck at the same time during the shootings, Brooks said.

Looking at the one facebook photo of him he is most certainly either “white Hispanic” or “white Native American” or “white African American.”
There’s some sort of reference to England being of Native American descent on his Facebook, which certainly is likely based on being in Oklahoma, and of course the posted picture.

A ex-convict who is implicated in a deadly shooting was found at a hospital Tuesday seeking treatment for injuries he reportedly received in a fight just before the slaying.
Pernell Demond Jefferson is accused of shooting CarlEngland , 47, during an ongoing fight at the Comanche Park apartment complex Monday night. England went to the complex to help his daughter after Jefferson tried to break into her apartment, according to his arrest report.
Jefferson, who records show is either 37 or 38, suffered head and arm injuries in the scuffle and sought treatment at St. John Medical Center the next day, police said. Someone spotted him there and called the police, who arrested him about 2:20 p.m., the report states.
Officer Jason Willingham said a murder complaint against Jefferson is pending.
The shooting reportedly stemmed from a scuffle between Jefferson and Damien Neal, who is England ‘s daughter’s boyfriend.
Neal told officers that he hit Jefferson with a baseball bat before the attempted break-in, police said.
Jefferson then left to find a gun, saying he would come back to “settle the dispute,” the report states. Meanwhile, England arrived and went looking for Jefferson with Neal.
The men soon found him, and another confrontation unfolded. England struck Jefferson with a stick, and Jefferson shot him after falling to the ground, police allege.
England was shot in the chest and died at a hospital. His death was Tulsa’s 11th reported homicide of 2010, police said.
Jefferson is in the Tulsa Jail on complaints of attempted burglary, possession of a firearm after the former commission of a felony and an outstanding traffic warrant.

If the photo does in fact show Jacob Carl England, I don't believe that "white" would be an apt racial categorization of England.
Might be at least part American Indian. To me he looks a bit like Joba Chamberlain (Yankees pitcher from Nebraska and a good guy).
If the suspects' race is going to be made into a big deal here, then the MSM should take care to get it right this time -- unlike what they did in reporting George Zimmerman's background.

Alvin Watts, however, looks to be of 100% “White Idiot” descent.
Maybe this will turn out to be a missing piece of the puzzle as to motive ... possible revenge for the killing of Jacob England's father?

Jefferson is in jail but apparently was never charged with murder or manslaughter, it seems - just on drug and firearm possession. Presumably due to self-defense?
Now THAT’S interesting - not that it excuses England but I bet it contributed to his rage.
