Oh wait, hmmmm.. Maybe Zimmerman’s attorneys bailed because he will no longer need attorneys because he’s not being charged?? Hmmm?

Prediction: She knows that they can’t win a conviction. If she sends it to the Grand Jury, they will indict. Ans she knows she can’t win a conviction in a trial.

-- Martin's fingerprints? Did Zimmerman ever say that Martin actually touched his gun? --

Fingerprints and/or powder burns on certain parts of the hand. IIRC, one of Zimmerman's relatives (dad or brother) said there was a struggle for the gun.

Perfect post.

If he was within whatever the legal boundaries are in Florida to use deadly force to protect his life, he should not be charged. This is a real human being’s life at stake (or rather, what is left of his life after the media gang raped him), and an ignorant mob must not be allowed to override law and this man’s legal right to protect himself.

Did he have the legal right to protect himself? If the answer is “yes,” then he should not be charged. Period.

The mobs and media cannot be allowed to sit as judge and jury. I do not care about his race, his political bent, or anything else to do with his personal life. It’s whether or not he acted within the law.

If he is charged, all hell may break loose — but from the OTHER side.

Best Regards,

SC

I still need someone to explain to me how the State of Florida, or the Feds for that matter, can proceed without empaneling a Grand Jury. Unles they are going to charge Zimmerman with something other than “a capital or otherwise infamous crime”, like a misdemeanor, a Grand Jury is a Fifth Amendment right.

you have the right to the jury trial (6th amendment), but "capital crime" refers to something for which you could get the death penalty.

I think you can read her decision to not empanel a grand jury as two fold: They're not going to charge him with premeditated murder, and they want there to be a trial and don't trust a grand jury to not give him the 'Joe Horn' treatment.

If he is charged, it will be pure 100% political.

I went in on Twitter, Keyword “Sanford” and they are all blaming the Sanford Police for letting him slip away. They are livid.

Toxicology results on Martin?: Skittles, Iced Tea and PCP? I’ve read that there was no evidence of Skittles or Tea at the scene.. Does anyone know the truth about that?

-- Does anyone have the statement they released? --

Only the press. It'll appear to the general public here ... http://www.sao4th.com/.

Typical press report characterization is, "a news conference 'within the next 72 hours' to release new information regarding the investigation."

"downside to charging him is capitulation of the law to the will of the mob"

That's no change from the status quo.

As yet unsaid..If she doesn’t charge him, you can bet that within 24 hours Eric Holder’s DoJ will charge Zimmerman with violating Trayvon’s civil rights..heck..forget 24 hours..how about 24 SECONDS..I bet the documents,a nd the press releases, are already prepared..

How can you have a “fair trial” with phony charges? Wouldn’t the trial itself then be “made up” also?

Yessir. Calm, cool, collected.

Remember during the 1992 riots, the focus and most of the rioting was in LA.

But there was civil unrest in other places as well.

That thought crossed my mind. Not that they know, for a fact, but if he's not charged, they are out of work.

No, first they came for white productive patriots. The libs should have stood up then. No one should stand up for the libs now.

Of course. This prosecutor has the Feds breathing down her neck. Some of you really think she’s not going to file charges for at least something like reckless endangerment? hah
She’s going to file something and let a jury and lawyers deal with it. VERY VERY little courage in politics in this day and age. If any.

She’s gonna charge him.
