The curious fact is, President Obama’s attorney, Alexandra Hill, couldn’t have been more adamant about not citing the online birth certificate as a means of proving the president’s identity in this recent challenge – and after everyone went to so much trouble to get it! Indeed, she called the Internet image “legally irrelevant,” arguing that New Jersey law doesn’t specifically call for a birth certificate to qualify a presidential candidate for the ballot.
Exactly how a presidential candidate demonstrates he is at least 35 years old and “natural born,” the constitutional requirement New Jersey upholds, Hill didn’t say, but Administrative Law Judge Jeff Masin found her arguments persuasive to the point of preventing an expert witness from offering testimony that the online image is a forgery.
Even though the Obama team entered no documentation of the president’s identity into the record – not even that “certified” birth document Obama’s personal lawyer traveled so far to retrieve – Judge Masin managed to find that the president was both born in Hawaii and “natural born.”
Neat, huh? But note the shift in legal tactics. If, in New Jersey, the online birth certificate was “legally irrelevant,” in January’s Georgia eligibility hearing, the president’s lawyer, Michael Jablonski, considered it legally decisive. Jablonski cited “the documents evidencing the birth of President Obama” that are available online to try to quash a subpoena that “commanded” Obama to come to court and bring “any and all birth records” with him (among other documents).
A golden opportunity to show off that certified, hand-couriered birth doc from Hawaii, and be done with it, no? No. When Administrative Law Judge Michael Malihi refused to quash the subpoena, Jablonski and Obama ignored it. They just didn’t show up.

Concerning the birth certificate, I feel Romney should have produced for all the world to see his as soon as he was nominated.That would have been a good move.

The one year anniversary of the "release" of the forgery is almost upon us. I wonder what event or events will nuke the noteworthy milepost out of the news cycle? Last year it was the UBL raid. Then on 01 March of this year, it was the simultaneous sudden death of Andrew Breitbart and bomb scare at the Limbaugh residence that did such to the press conference given on the results of the investigation by Joe Arpaio's Cold Case Posse.
I drew the attention of a number of constitutionalists earlier to a comment I found particularly outrageous, and wish that I had remembered to include you also, Smokeyblue. Fortunately another knowledgeable FReeper stepped in and took care of your light work. ;)
I think it is a great idea. Along with any education transcripts, report cards, selective service application... and whatever else it is that allow investigation into who he claims to be. And do it publicly.

I am 100% certain his birth certificate is a forgery, and a bad one at that.
It isn’t even close. As a matter of fact, it is so amateurishly bad, it makes me suspicious.
Why? Why would they release something that bad? It is almost too easy to believe they are so arrogant and incompetent that they thought nothing would come of it, but that seems to be the way it is working out, which is unsettling.
Makes me wonder what it is that we don’t know.

If you watch the video of Administrative Law Judge Jeff Masin he states that “without dispute” Obama has a foreign father... all because Obama himself SAID he has a foreign father IN A BOOK! The judge accepted Obama’s hearsay as FACTUAL EVIDENCE. The judge HAS ZERO EVIDENCE of Obama’s BIRTH FATHER, BIRTH PLACE, BIRTH MOTHER... but Obama can be placed on a ballot because of HEARSAY! No one has a right to challenge Obama in New Jersey.

Well some Freepers also said that it was too late after Nov. 2008. They also said that the courts were not the place to have this issue heard. We needed to take it to the individual states and challenge his placement on the ballot in 2012.
See, the game is rigged. You can’t win.
We are a banana republic. Nothing is for certain anymore except that the corrupt tyrants will always win.
The rulings are absurd but that doesn’t seem to slow any of these traitors down.
