does anyone have the recent list of crimes involving black on white “in the name of trayvon martin?”

Also, I have been looking for one GOOD artcle that ‘tells the accurate facts’ of the case to date in a non-biased manner.

Talking with others, I can’t believe the misconceptions out there. The original reporting in the case has really biased people.

It seems the modern PUBLIC school system promotes “get tough or die” in the cities. When an 17-18 year old takes that behavior out in “normal” public areas, the result is as we see.

Martin would definitely have beat down anyone confronting him anywhere. It was his nature, same as a dog in a pack.

I’m afraid there is no reasoning with those who’ve convicted Zimmerman already. Pointing out facts or points of law only makes them angry.

Never use facts and logic when talking with a lib.

Any facts that get in the way of the narrative that they have chosen, will be ignored or berated.

Look at global warming, oil "depletion", seas rising, ice melting, pick any of their causes and then check out the facts...total opposites.

It would behoove the misguided folks over at DU that the rioters will make no distinction between them and Freepers.

The case will never make it to trial.

The judge will throw it out with prejudice.

I recall it quite well, and believe me, it frankly irritated me that people threw so much suspicion on him for doing what he should have been doing as a security guard - telling people to be careful around an unattended package, which often was the means for delivering a bomb when the terrorist isn’t suicidal. And he also did the right thing by reporting it. But then, if he really was a terrorist, wouldn’t he not be warning people to stay away from an unattended package?

We can always hope that the judge has the bravery to do the right thing.

I have seen plenty of black on black, plus the regular gang wars, between the Asian, Black, and Latino gangs in California. If anything, well there’s a greater threat to people in these racial groups from a person with a similar racial background than from a random supremacist bigot, although frankly, all violence should be equally abhorrent. Frankly, I read the news nowadays, instead of bother watching it.

Yes, let's hope. But it's a sad day when a judge is considered brave for simply applying what the law dictates.

My question is: Why have HOLDER and/or OBAMA not come out with a statement to the people that essentially states: "Let's not jump to conclusions here. All the facts are not yet available. We need to let the judicial process work."

That being said, prosecuting Zimmerman is nothing more than a classic example of political opportunism.

I don't think term limits are the answer. Too much power is given to the professional 'civil servants' in Washington. There's nothing they would like more than a bunch of people who don't figure out the system until it's almost time to go home.

We need to elect a better quality of person... that's the key. Switch the incentives away from glad handers who need their egos massaged constantly - and are gullible to boot. That's what we're getting now - a nice class of aggressive but 'pleasant' used car salesmen types.

...Lord help us if the evidence proves Zimmerman innocent. If Zimmerman is ruled not guilty and allowed to walk, I foresee Rodney King-type riots in the streets.

Liberal haters are nuts - you know that, right?

Did you shower afterwards?

We’re studying mass hysteria in my sophomore English class in connection with “The Crucible.” My smarter students recognized immediately that the reaction of many in the Treyvon Martin killing is a classic manifestation of mass hysteria. All of the elements are present, up to and including the persecution of innocents, such as those I’ve read about who have been attacked by black youths in “response” to Treyvon’s death. In place of the unseen demons and witches, we have the unseen white racism and privilege.

At least a few people will grow up relatively immune to this kind of insanity. Not enough, though.

There is no question that entrenched bureaucrats are a large problem, however they don't enact laws Congress does. There is absolutely NO justification for career politicians. The Founding Fathers envisioned citizens who would leave their business and farms to serve the nation for a short period of time and the return to their occupations. I agree that we need a better quality of people to hold office but not for 30 years!
