Ozzie Guillen, the outspoken manager of the Marlins, isn’t very popular either. Just 7 percent of those responding had a favorable opinion of the skipper, while 39 percent said his recent comments about Fidel Castro were inappropriate.

A total of 700 Florida voters were surveyed by Public Policy Polling for the data that has a margin of error of +/- 3.7 percent.

George’s numbers should be higher. I am convinced he is innocent.

“Seems to me the “not sure” box is just begging to be checked on that survey.”

*snort*

Tell it to your bosses who altered Zimmerman’s 911 call in an attempt to smear him as a racist, crazed killer.

MLB.com subscribers living in FL are blacked out from Rays and Marlins games. That includes away games. I cannot for instance watch the Marlins play the Mets in NY. It used to bother me, but if those teams wish to destroy their fan base, that is up to them.

The NBC Sports poll is remarkably high considering the way the story was reported by NBC News and the rest of the MSM!

When George is finally “officially” found not guilty I hope he lawyers up and sues into bankruptcy every lying bastard who publicly accused him of murder.

I think this shows people don't care about the Zimmerman - Martin case which is actually a good thing. Using it as a wedge issue is going nowhere. The Blacks who will show up to vote are already voting for Obama and this will probably add few if any new “converts.”

The opinions of uninformed Florida sports fans are phenomenally irrelevant. The only thing that matters is what the members of a jury panel think after actually seeing and hearing the evidence - perhaps even the photo of Zimmerman’s bleeding head and an unedited recording of the 911 call. When that happens, we will know whether there is proof beyond a reasonable doubt that Zimmerman is lying about his version of events and actually murdered the cute 12 y/o kid who just wanted to eat his skittles - at night, in the rain, in a neighborhood that was not his own.

( 26 percent of Florida residents say that George Zimmerman is innocent of second-degree murder in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin. Know that for a fact, do you folks?)

Well yes. Anyone using KNOWN evidence and not emotions, can easily see that Zimmerman is not guilty of 2nd degree murder.
