SOUP FOR THE TROOPS

WELCOME TO

(where our troops, allies and their families can refresh themselves)

Good morning, Everyone.
Good morning to our

Military, our Allies, and their families.

Thank you, Ma, for preparing the Canteen for today's activities
WOW! Saw the picture of the F-16 Fighting Falcons
and got goose bumps!
What an awesome sight.

Sorry, I'm late but had some work things to do before logging on.

~ Today...Showers this morning...
Then showers with isolated thunderstorms this afternoon.
Highs in the lower 70s.
Southeast winds 10 to 15 mph.
Chance of rain 90 percent.

~ Tonight... Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers
with isolated thunderstorms in the evening...
Then mostly clear after midnight.
Lows in the mid 40s.
West winds 15 to 20 mph...
Becoming northwest after midnight.
Chance of rain 50 percent.

Making Z Zoup
A hand full of this...a splash of that...

Houdini was the first man to fly an airplane solo in Australia.

Horn & Hardart opened the first U.S. automat in Philadelphia in 1902.

Boxer George Foreman has named his five sons "George."

If one were to capture and bottle a comet's 10,000-mile vapor trail,
the amount of vapor actually present in the bottle
would take up less than 1 cubic inch of space.

Chang Hsien-chung, a Chinese bandit,
is credited with having killed 40 million people
between 1643 and 1648.
He completely wiped out the population of Szechwan province.

I've got to make my rounds.
But, you stay right where you are.
Keep the troops entertained and the Canteen clean...
Cause...if you don't...I'll tell Ma!

Come in and sit for a while.

There's always plenty of coffee, tea,
pancakes, conversation, silliness,
and plain old BS

PLEASE REMEMBER THEM ....

I want to see companies, individuals and doctors, volunteer some of their time to helping these people. They stood up for us, it’s time we stood up for them.

Well, I just came back from Helping my aunt across town program her weather radio.

NOAA Weather Radio tones out for all of their service area. Some people get awakened at night for weather events that are as far as 40 miles away from their location.

Here is a link to all the links to county code listing for all 50 states. If you own a weather radio and want find out the county code for your county, just click on that link.

The county code BTW for Stephens County, OK is 040137.
