The YouTube channel where Oklahoma Sen. James Inhofes office originally discovered the video of EPA official Al Armendariz speak about his crucify them enforcement philosophy has scrubbed the original video and lodged a complaint against Inhofe to YouTube.
The source and now YouTube complainant, David McFatridge of Citizen Media for We The People, is an environmentalist and, according to Inhofes office, has eliminated all content related to Armendarizs speech from his YouTube channel.
The original video now turns of an error notice that reads: This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by David McFatridge.
McFatridges complaint comes despite the fact that his page reads, Consider ALL video Creative Commons Attribution license (reuse allowed).

Score another one for those “inclusive tolerant lovers of free speech”.
Now why would they do that?
Last week they pulled a TSA outrage video. This is troubling.
Does YouTube have a competitor?
Indeed, did they reinstate the
Alien and Sedition Acts of 1798?
who is ‘they’? is there a conspiracy to cover this up?
They're not looking to get audited by the IRS? Just a guess.
The conspiratorial might think these companies are afraid of offending the state. But, that couldn’t happen in the Land of the Free! /sarc
I’m not surprised of the white wash. Perhaps enough people had downloaded the video for future use.
Too late to cover it up.
WSJ called for his resignation in today’s editorials.
What is the nature of Mr. McFathead’s complaint? “You watched my video”??
maybe not as big as youtube, but I have seen many people on Facebook posting links to VIDDY. I have also seen links to Tinypic Video.
Surely somebody downloaded a copy?
I wonder if this is the guy the Russ Cargill character in The Simpsons Movie was based on:
EPA Soldier: Im afraid we lost them, sir.
Russ Cargill: Damn it! Well, then you find em, and you get em back in the dome! And to make sure nobody else gets out, I want roving death squads around the perimeter 24-7! I want 10,000 tough guys, and I want 10,000 soft guys to make the tough guys look tougher! And heres how I want them arranged: tough, tough, soft, tough, soft, soft, tough, tough, soft, soft, tough, soft!
EPA Soldier: Sir, Im afraid youve gone mad with power.
Russ Cargill: Of course I have! Have you ever tried going mad without power? Its boring, no one listens to you!
This article has the video at the bottom of the page. Still there I just checked.
