WINNERS vs LOSERS
When a winner makes a mistake, he says, I was wrong. When a loser makes a mistake, he says, It wasnt my fault.
A winner always gives 110% no matter how big or small the task. A loser is always too busy to do what is necessary and finds excuses. A winner goes through a problem. A loser goes around it, and never gets past it. A winner makes commitments. A loser makes promises. A winner says, Im good, but not as good as I ought to be. A loser says, Im not as bad as a lot of other people. A winner respects those who are superior to him and tries to learn something from them. A loser resents those who are superior to him and spends time finding fault. A winner feels responsible for more than his job. A loser says, I only work here. A winner says, There ought to be a better way of doing it. A loser says, Thats the way its always been done here."

GOD BLESS AND PROTECT OUR TROOPS!
They Preserve Our Freedom Through Their Service And Sacrifice!
PRAYER TO ST. MICHAEL THE ARCHANGEL
Sancte Michael Archangele, defende nos in proelio; contra nequitiam et insidias diaboli esto praesidium. Imperet illi Deus, supplices deprecamur: tuque, Princeps militiae Caelestis, satanam aliosque spiritus malignos, qui ad perditionem animarum pervagantur in mundo, divina virtute in infernum detrude. Amen.
Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray; and do Thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host - by the Divine Power of God - cast into hell, Satan and all the evil spirits, who roam throughout the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.
Pope Leo XIII

Listen, O isles, unto me; and hearken, ye people, from far; The LORD hath called me from the womb; from the bowels of my mother hath he made mention of my name. (Isaiah 49:1 KJV)

GOD BLESS AND PROTECT OUR TROOPS!
Amazing Grace
by John Newton
Amazing grace! How sweet the sound That saved a wretch like me! I once was lost, but now am found; Was blind, but now I see. . Twas grace that taught my heart to fear, . And grace my fears relieved; How precious did that grace appear The hour I first believed! . Through many dangers, toils and snares, I have already come; Tis grace hath brought me safe thus far, And grace will lead me home. . The Lord has promised good to me, His Word my hope secures; He will my Shield and Portion be, As long as life endures. . Yea, when this flesh and heart shall fail, And mortal life shall cease, I shall possess, within the veil, A life of joy and peace. . The earth shall soon dissolve like snow, The sun forbear to shine; But God, Who called me here below, Will be forever mine. . When weve been there ten thousand years, Bright shining as the sun, Weve no less days to sing Gods praise Than when wed first begun.

GOD BLESS AND PROTECT OUR TROOPS!
The Lords Prayer Andrea Bocelli
DEAR GOD, who suffered torment, agony, and death upon the Cross to free our souls from the chains of iniquity, protect and defend our troops. Guide them in the performance of their duties. Strengthen them to endure hard- ship, danger and deprivation in Your service. Let their efforts free the people of Iraq and Afghan- istan from the chains of terror and slavery, foster a lasting peace in the region, and bring all to a greater share in Your Mercy. Amen.

A blessed Lord’s Day to you Kathy.
Hope all is well with you and your parents.
Spring is really trying... a little bit of snow last week...mostly hail and rain and thunderstorms.
About the same this week w/probably no snow at all.
Early bulb plants are blooming.
Big Hugs.

Things are a little rough with my Dad right now, but we are taking it one day at a time. Winter has given way to spring, and not too much snow is still to be melted....the big piles are slowest.
Rain would be nice to settle the dust. Street sweepers are out on all the main roads and they are making progress along will dust.
And you have growing things already....very cool. My Mom thought she would try some flowers this year.
I hope you have no more snow.

I’m praying for your Dad, Kathy.
Looking at general weather forecasts, it seems that this spring/summer especially summer is going to seem really short this year.
We’ll see.
