If you have to take one of two fat ugly sisters to the dance, you take the less surly one who doesn't have open dripping pustules on her face.

I'm voting Romney!

Nine horrendous Romney decisions:

1) Signed RomneyCare into law (which became the basis for ObamaCare).

2) Still brags about, advocates for and lies about RomneyCare as a “conservative solution.” Google “Reagan on compulsory health insurance” for the truth about RomneyCare programs.

3) Advocated that abortion should be safe and legal in America for three decades of his adult life and only “changed his mind” just in time to campaign for the presidency.

4) Claimed that Roe v Wade is settled law and should be defended as same.

5) Appointed liberal judges.

6) Advocated for gun control. Signed gun bans into law.

7) Supported TARP, still says it was a good idea.

8) Supported Obama’s nearly trillion dollar stimulus spending package, says more may be necessary. Supported the debt limit increase, you can bet he’ll say more will be necessary.

9) Supported government bailouts and the takeover of GM. Says they are good ideas.

But we can go on all day about Romney’s liberal/progressive anti-liberty, pro-culture of death, pro-gay agenda record.

Oh yeah, and then has the audacity to lie that he’s “always been pro-life and quite frankly, all of my positions have been conservative” even though he was determined to run to the left of Ted Kennedy on gay rights and his state was the first to implement gay marriage—under his watch; and his “conservative” socialist/subsidized/forced/mandated health care program funds $50 abortions (taxpayer funds) and has planned parenthood sitting on its death panels; and he famously denied Ronald Reagan, “I was an independent during the time of Reagan-Bush, I’m not returning to Reagan-Bush!”

The lying bastard loathes conservatism, loathes Reagan and loathes the tea party.

And he still pushes amnesty and global warming.

There is nothing conservative or even Republican about the lying liberal/progressive Romney!!

FUMR!!

And as an American, it’s your right to object to Romney and even to vote against him. But to paraphrase Thomas Sowell (you know, one of those RINOs), the Reagan card isn’t in this deck.

What has Thomas Sowell done lately that’s progressive?

I will not vote for a man with Romney’s liberal/progressive, abortionist, homosexualist, statist record. Period.

Jim...I get that...BUT does that mean you are 1) staying home or 2) voting 3rd Party in November?

Remember, I am for you, not against you. Just asking the question since ether of the above options re-elects BHO.

“What has Thomas Sowell done lately that’s progressive?”

Nothing, to my knowledge— I was being ironic. Sowell, like many conservatives (myself included), supported Herman Cain and later Newt Gingrich in this election cycle. But he’s also pointed out that expecting a reprise of Reagan (or whoever is the latest Purity Test Conservative) is unrealistic.

I'm not Republican. I'm conservative. And all the Pubbies have been putting up for president are moderates or liberals for years.

Let me know when the GOP becomes conservative.

Running Mitt "I like Obama" Romney is what is going to get Obama reelected.

No, it is Republican establishment that pushed Romney and some conservatives falling for and capitulated to the Republican GOP’s mantra that only “Romney can win”.
It is not people who are not voting for Romney that guarantee BHO’s victory it is people that voted for Romney in the primaries that are guaranteeing BHO’s victory.

The GOP re-elected Obama when they cheated, badmouthed conservatives, and changed rules in mid-game to get your boy Romney the nomination.

Just like they got Obama elected by running McCain.

And you just keep enabling them to move left. Because they know they can count on your frightened, mindless vote for any R they put up.

I am voting straight conservative. Urge everyone who loves life and liberty to do the same. Praying the tea party rebellion continues in November and beyond. We need to have as many liberty loving conservatives voted into as many seats of local, state and federal offices as possible to resist the liberal/progressive/statists who now hold power. If we can continue building on our tea party majority at all levels of government then perhaps we can start turning the federal beast and make steps in restoring our constitutional limits on government, returning the power to the states and the people and restoring our inalienable rights!! If we have super majorities we may even be able to impeach some of the treasonous presidents and constitution bending supreme court justices and imprison some of the corrupt, crony capitalist lords of congress!!

Giving in to the statist Romney simply dilutes our tea party message. It sends a message to the GOP-e that the conservative wing of the Republican base is not really serious about its conservative causes and will be emboldened to move even further to the left.

We are the resistance!!

Never give in, never give up, never surrender!!

We do not retreat, we reload!!

Aww, that’s no fun. Aren’t you even going to go back through my posting history and find some alleged endorsement of Romney and/or Satan?
